kunzzy4me: Okay, help me look at the, the bank statement dates (Feb 1 - March 4, 2020) with that 31 days clause. Does it mean the bank statement currently satisfy this clause. It seems I can't interpret this statement They must show that you have held the required money for (at least) a consecutive 28 day period which ends within the 31 day period before you paid your visa fee online. clearly. Many thanks for your response |

Gisselle, Bigtt76, Ashirioluwa and Other ogas please I would appreciate your quick response on this: Please, I need your advice on this. I applied for family dependant visa. Based on the 28 days rule, the bank statement cover from February 1 to March 4, 2020. I paid and submitted the Visa application online on March 14, 2020. Please do the bank statement still inline with the conditions in bold and italic form as follow. A bank-slip, bank statement or certificate of deposit that shows you have held enough money to cover your course fees and your monthly living costs for up to 9 months. They must show that you have held the required money for (at least) a consecutive 28 day period which ends within the 31 day period before you paid your visa fee online. For example, if you paid your fee online on 15 August, the bank-slip, bank statement or certificate of deposit you submit must show that you held the required money for (at least) a 28 day period that ended between the 15 July and 15 August. (Source: https://www.gov.uk/government/news/tier-4-student-visa-checklist) Also, I am supposed to have my appointment on 27th March, 2020 at TLS contact Lagos Ikeja Centre, Nigeria but all the centres are closed now until further notice. Please does it mean, I may be asked to resubmit another bank statement when called for appointment latter. I am afraid the money in the account may drop before things normalized. Please kindly advise me on what to do. Thank you very much. |
