The outdated CV gave you an offer. That is where their business with your CV ends, you don't need to say anything about it, it's not relevant information at this point. Just update your CV for future job opportunities that's all. You do not need to include your CV in your visa application and even if you wanted to include it, the university does not share the contents of your CV with UKVI.

Please house is it a bad idea to tell a school that you have an unconditional offer from that your CV you submitted was outdated and you only realised your mistake now? Or is it better you keep quiet?
Also, Can using a job role different from the one you got admission with for your visa application cause you issues?

You will not be issued CAS if you do not pay your deposit so deposit first.

You need to be 100% honest with your answers. Let them know you have been refused before. It does not reduce your chances of getting a visa. Just say yes please.
I have been refused several times and I always declare it, doesn't do any harm as long as you have done everything right. If you lie and they find out wahala!

PS I don't think UKVI asks about your refusal for other countries with study visa, I know they will specifically ask if you have been refused UK visa before but not sure about other countries but if they ask sha just be honest.

I wish you had asked this question before applying.
When applying to UK universities you have to convince them that you are qualified for the course with your personal statement ,your professional experience will also be helpful, make sure you have a powerful CV, edit if possible.
Write a personal statement that stands out, take note of the modules in your course and your fascination with them, talk about how the course relates to your current profession and why you want to study it, also what the course will do for your career.
You can Google a guide to writing a powerful personal statement and some good samples to help you.
Try and apply to other universities if you did not pay much attention to the personal statement, whatever universities you are applying to please make sure you take note of their admissions emails and keep emailing them and following up if they are taking too long.

I don't think there is any UK university that takes application fee. It's extremely rare. Go ahead with your applications.

Please has anyone applied with dependants and gotten visa but did not carry them immediately? Is this possible?
I plan on applying for the study visa with my dependants (husband and kids). However, my husband and I have planned that we will go and secure a house and other necessities before bringing our children as they are still small and we wouldn't want to put them and ourselves through too much stress so we'll like to settle in first.
We plan on bringing them after 2months.

I have a couple of questions to ask please.

I have an offer with Nottingham Trent university for September 2023 and I'm planning to go with my family. However, someone in the UK told me that some universities are not giving CAS to people coming with dependants already due to the new law taking effect in 2024 so I wanted to find out if anyone going to NTU with dependants knows anything about this! I have emailed them but I haven't gotten any response, I wouldn't want to pay my deposit without finding out just incase.
Secondly, does anyone know how long it takes for Nottingham Trent University to confirm payment and send out CAS?
Lastly, does anyone have a link to NTU's WhatsApp or telegram group?

I dont think you have anything to worry about. As long as he hears and can respond to you and songs etc. He will be fine! Every kid develops at their own pace.

However, I wont be sponsoring myself, my uncle who is a senator will be sponsoring the trip and I was wondering if it will be possible to use this means and what documents i should provide because my bank statement or my husbands do not have sufficient funds for up to 3months or even 2 but is it okay if I use my 1month bank statement? Cos I've only had the money that would cover my trip and all for a month. I will also need a doctor in Toronto please. I am trying to make enquiries and apply ASAP.
