@tara2: I'm rendering a service to get paid,Not in for one of those know "How to" rubbish. I'm not a millionaire for your information, But I've worked for billionaires. So I know one thing for sure, Talk is cheap like my boss used to say. A lot of rubbish posted on this site on Real Estate and Oil and Gas, I've got my contacts and I don't shot without aiming well. So this is my first time of commenting on issues of this kind. My knowledge is not accessible by all Sir/Ma! Jonathan is the president of this country not by is Academical standards but by the connects of the party dude. Wake up man secret are not been shared on forums. The oil deals that comes online are sealed and gone before they get online and the same with Real Estate.

l see a contradiction, how does someone work for billionaires and he himself does not have million(s), why work Billionaires, you might as well work for the poor, it will makes more sense.

If you have credible knowledge about anything, you should have made money already, and if you not, this means you have no credible verifiable knowledge of anything. You can make more money by teaching Nigerian people how to make money if your knowledge is verifiable and teachable. Create wealth for other Nigerians and in return you get wealth for yourself.

Am yet to find one Nigerian who likes to create wealth for other Nigerians. 90% of Nigerians, LOVE to take other people's wealth by deception to create wealth for themselves. There are about 10% Nigerians, who creates a company from startup to employ other Nigerians, am not talking about those.

How can you not have the basics (electricity, security, health ,water)  and yet claim to have amassed $50bn in foriegn reserves?.

How can you use foreign reserves to attract foriegn investment, when there is no electricity or security or infrastructure necessary for such investment?

Only in Nigeria that facts like this gets turned upside down. Some Nigerians will never see the point and argue blindly.
It's a Nigerian mentality to give N300,000 party spree and the next day borrow N20 for a bus ride to work.

You have $50bn in Foreign Reserve but people are using toilet in the bush and sleep in darkness all nite long, and no water to bath properly after sweating all nite long.

You think, Nigerian people, by now-2011, will demand their Govt. to take the $50bn and create one good liveable State to show their way of thinking is in the right track. NO, instead they ride their new latest BMW in potholes roads, while the poor paise them by shouting Baba Sir, give us something for food. He throws a few Naira into the crowd and say, make sure you Vote for me in the coming election,  okay.

YES SIR, NA GO DEY BABA.

Kobojunkie,

Please let me know all your concerns about  Buhari and I would try and answer them

You missing the point, Nigerians should be able to verify or request who Buhari is Under the Freedom of Information Act in Nigeria NOT only you.
What is Buhari's Driver's license number?
Where does he live, work history or education.
Did he run a sucessful government in the past?

Where can l find information about him or any other politician in Nigeria in the government database?
If you can track Buhari's information, then you should be able to track any Nigerian information, can you?
Do you have GPS tracking systems for all Nigerians?
Politics / Re: Coup Speech Of Major-general Muhammadu Buhari, January 1, 1984 by tara2: 7:14pm On Mar 14, 2011
Are you saying that the election would be rigged?

Am not talking about rigging alone, how about caring for your voters. Rigging is a problem, yes so is managing your resources.

If you dont know how many children you have in your household, how do you know who needs shoes or slippers. Well, you ask them to vote for you first and you swear to GOD that you will give them shoes or slipper?

How do you even know who you gave shoes or slippers to last month?
How do you know how many shoes or slippers Nigerians need?
How do you know am not from Russian, l just look like a Nigerian?
How do you know who Buhari  or any other politician is?
Does Nigeria have 150million people or you assuming is 150 million people?
How many Nigerians are working right now?
How many Nigerians have homes, Water, Electricity, business, education, etc,
How many Nigerians have a car?

How many, how many, how many. How many voters does Nigerian have right now?
Politics / Re: Coup Speech Of Major-general Muhammadu Buhari, January 1, 1984 by tara2: 6:29pm On Mar 14, 2011
Tara2,
I do not understand your point either.

Can you clarify fully it in very simple terms for me?

Look at it this way: if a police man or woman stops you in Lagos for driving on the wrong side of the road, what can he or she realy verify in real-time within a database while you standing on the side of the road? Other than wasting time looking at vehicle documents you present. He certainly cannot proof you are a Nigerian right there on the spot. He can't enter your driver's license number into a goverment database  and say, look you have 2 driving infractions last year and you have not paid it.

Now when its time to vote, no one can say for certainty, wait a minute, you vote yesterday already, why are you trying to vote again, as a matter of fact you not even eligible to vote because you are from Ghana or Senegal or your are under-age.

Am saying, you cannot verify anything in Nigeria within real time. Real time meaning you enter the person's name into a computer and it tells you, whether you are eligible to vote or not.

Now tell me why we should all be talking about voting for a candidate when you don't have adequate verifiable database in place.
Politics / Re: Coup Speech Of Major-general Muhammadu Buhari, January 1, 1984 by tara2: 5:56pm On Mar 14, 2011
what in the world are you rambling about??

Am rambling about your unclothed Emperor walking around in public, you need to read what am saying carefully.
Politics / Re: Coup Speech Of Major-general Muhammadu Buhari, January 1, 1984 by tara2: 5:49pm On Mar 14, 2011
Nigeria does not have tagers and you definitetly cannot tag or trace anything to anybody. So if you can't tag me, what is stoping me from taking all your money, mis-manage it and run? NOTHING.
Only in stupid countries, you ask people to vote, when you know nothing about them.
You dont know where they live.
You dont have their finger print on file.
You dont know how many vehicle they own.
You dont know if they realy a NIGERIAN
You certainly cannot verify or track anybody or ANYTHING
Therefore, you running a BLIND country and you ask the BLIND to comeout and VOTE for the BLIND, amazing.
Politics / Re: Coup Speech Of Major-general Muhammadu Buhari, January 1, 1984 by tara2: 5:21pm On Mar 14, 2011
What would Buhari need to show you to convince you to become his supporter?

Buhari need to show that if l enter is fingerprint into a Computer Database in Nigeria at the time of voting, it will show, address, work history, vehicle registration, License number, education, what date and time he voted and this goes for 150 million other Nigerians. If you dont have verifiable database system for voter, then voting is useless until Nigerians wake up from the Medieval Era.
Politics / Re: Coup Speech Of Major-general Muhammadu Buhari, January 1, 1984 by tara2: 5:08pm On Mar 14, 2011
How can anyone talk about voting for any politician in these day and age when you dont know:
who your citizens are and cannot track them?

The main basic population statistics and tracking is not there.
Its absolutely stupid to ask anyone to vote.

If you dont know how many children you have, how do you plan to feed , cloth, house, and educate them.
So you ask people to vote with Identification that is not verifiable and trackable, so mind twisting how people think in Nigeria.
Nigeria will never be able to do anything meaningful until the id system is trackable and verifiable.
Business / Re: Starting A Barbing Saloon, Club & Restaurant by tara2: 7:07pm On Mar 13, 2011
You have knowlegde in the two industry areas of high crimes in Nigeria, that is Real Estate and OIL brokering.
How come you don't have knowledge in just one specialized area, like inventing and manufacturing Transformers, why OIL and why Real Estate.
Either way share your exact knowlege and let people see, judge it and benefit from it without asking for advance fee payment, LOL.
Business / Re: Starting A Barbing Saloon, Club & Restaurant by tara2: 6:44pm On Mar 13, 2011
Knowledge is power and tru in every modern country, but when it comes to Nigeria and Nigerians, that knowledge is turned upside down.
A good example is:
How to generate and transmit electricity had been invented 200 years ago, the process is documented, you tell me why up till now Nigerians are still struggling with no electricity, when the exact knowledge is out there for everybody to see.

If you take 10% of your oil revenue money and sign contract with US or Chinese govt. to come down and lay the exact infrastructure for generating, managing and transmitting electricity to 150 million people, am sure they will be glad to do it.

So, out of 150 million people only you, know that knowledge is power, while everyone else is brain dead.
If you ask me, l will say you are a bluff because if we diagnose this knowledge you say you have, it will begin to crumble right from the start just like every other Nigerians who claimed to have vast knowledge in Oil and Gas ONLY to turn out they are nothing but thieves in disguise.
Business / Re: Share Your Story - Have You Made Money From Nigerian Crude Oil by tara2: 1:46pm On Mar 11, 2011
l wont do any business in Nigeria or with any Nigerian, until the government issue a verifiable finger printed ID , Driver's Licenses and Vehicle Registration with tracking system.

Once this sytem is in place, you can sort out who is real business company and who is Fake.
Better Business Bureau is needd in Nigeria.

If there is Database to look at your Personal and business history, then fraud will be curbed to a minimum.
Right now, Nigeria is a jungle and 90% of the citizens are babarians and lives in the Medieval Era still.
This goes from common people on the street to the elite politicians who govern the country.

You think in this day and age, a good politician in Nigerian could have put this ID tracking system in place by now.
You dont know who voted for you.
You dont know who lives in Nigeria
You don’t know who you VOTING for
You don’t know who is driving on your road
You don’t know who live right next to you.
You don’t know who is a true businessperson.
You don’t know who is a true politician.
You don’t know ANYTHING about ANYBODY in Nigeria.

Wow, you are so far removed from the facts, The crow is what you used to measure who will do the right thing in Nigeria?
You talking about crowd that has literacy rate of 30% comapared to USA 99%.

Okay, when people begin to suffer more for another 5 yrears, dont say anything.
Vote for people who you can prove has done something for the people in the past.
No water
No Electricity
No education
No Good Transportation System
No Industries
No good Road

And you talking about crowd, am done talking about Nigeria and its people. Good luck people.
Politics / Re: 5 REASONS YOU SHOULD VOTE NUHU RIBADU by tara2: 9:34pm On Mar 09, 2011
But he has not done it YET, and has no track record for it, why would you elect HIM and give him credit for what he has not yet done.?
Just saying l will do it, is not a guarranty that he will actually do it. This is why most Nigerian suffer, promises and promises.

l will give every Nigerian $3000 a month for the rest of their lives. Would you elect me because l say THIS alone?
Won't you first find out if l had given N1.00 to one every Nigerians first?
This is a perfect example, of how Nigerians make themself suffer. VOTING for people BASED on PROMISE alone and NO track RECORDs.

Here we go again. l think there is problem with Nigeria literacy rate which stand at 72, when the developed world stands at 99.
Problem areas in Nigeria:
Water- 10%
Road -10%
Electricity-5%
Industry-2%.
Population-10%
Education-55%
Technology-0.5%

You tell me why people talking about crime fighting and use this to elect a president??
Crime fighting has to do with knowing who your citizens are. If you cant track ID or DL or vehicle registration, you tell me how crime fighting can be successful?
You need someone who has performed in the listed area above no matter where he or she comes from, even from Russia
Remove State of origin requirement from electing president.
Remove country of origin from electing president, narrow it down to citizenship.
Elect only those with proven track records in the above list, thats all.
Business / Re: List Of Oil Refineries-shows How Less Developed-nigeria-see Why by tara2: 2:55pm On Mar 09, 2011
One refinery in Saudi Arabia alone equal the total output of all the refineries in Nigeria.
You tell me if Nigeria is a rich country, taking into account population size and the fact that people embezzle money in all country.
Embezzlement is not a concrete reason for less development and poverty.

Nigerian people allow this happen. You elect bad leaders and pray to GOD to solve the problem you HELP create with your bad VOTE and bad THINKING.
Nigeria needs atleast 100 refineries, currently you have ONLY 3.
Just 10 more refineries alone will create job for 30, 000 people or more.
The whole country needs to just shutdown and tackle one problem at a time.
The Nigerian problems are so simple to SOLVE but instead everybody is trying to survive on their own and praying to GOD for HELP.
What are people who got money investing in? when this opportunity is right there under people's eyes.
Business / List Of Oil Refineries-shows How Less Developed-nigeria-see Why by tara2: 2:34pm On Mar 09, 2011
The more Refineries your country have, the more developed your country is.

Business / Re: How Can We Combat Fraud In Nigeria? by tara2: 10:23pm On Mar 08, 2011
l do agree with someone here: If you know who your citizens are, you will definitely know who is commiting fraud crimes.
No verifiable ID & licenses
NO verifiable Registration systems> STOP a driver on the road, they only look at paper documents.
No ID & DL track system,
NO GPS Technology
IP Tracking does minimal good.
NO Crime Statisticicians.
Nothing, Nothing, nothing.

All they have is passport & DL that is not trackable,
They are not ready, its a simple thing to solve.

Politics / Re: Federal Ministries In Nigeria by tara2: 8:06pm On Mar 08, 2011
This is another problem, in this day and age, no one can find list of Federal Ministries online and their contact. Even if you find their contact and call them they will not answer, shame shame and shame on who elected this people.

Nigerians and thier goverments are backward into the year 1500.
You think by now all the Ministries will have or maintain a viable website and their contact and actually assign people to receive calls from those site and solve people's problems, NO they are in Abuja enjoying their position and life. Who are you to ask for list and contacts.
You have to help them create a list and just keep reminding them to answer the phone when someone call, it could bring alot of money to Nigeria.
If you cant find it, YOU CREATE it for them.
Business / Re: Why Is Solar Power Not Commonly Used In Nigeria? by tara2: 7:47pm On Mar 08, 2011
What is preventing all the solar energy so call experts in this forum from getting together to invent, market and create Solar solution in Nigeria? NOTHING.
People just want to write ONLY and make comments and go about their business, only to see that the problem remains 5 yrs from now, with no tangible Solar Energy Solution in Nigeria.

MTN came from South Africa and put cell phones into the hand of Nigerians, Nigerians with capital refused to do it for years, The Nitel Director said there is nothing wrong with Nitel. This is a good example of what l mean that Nigerians are the cause of their own poverty.

Nigerians are smart in making comments only and pointing fingers, thats it. But when it comes to implementation of those comments and ideas, it fails all the the time. Why, because the idea and comments has not been thoroughly tested and refined. And all the people in this forumn is guilty of it, including me.
Business / Re: Why Is Solar Power Not Commonly Used In Nigeria? by tara2: 7:18pm On Mar 08, 2011
l can fix all nigerian problems within 5 yrs. Atleast the most obvious ones. Roads, Water, electricity, Natural Resources Management etc.

Why is water scarse in a country with the highest rainfall on earth? The people dont know what they are doing, but they love to complain about it and do nothing.

You dont need to give me money, l just need the government to setup a soup kitchen for 5yrs and ask for 5 million volunteer workers by Ads in the newspaper and a place for people to come meet and sign-up. l bet by the time this project is completed l bet, l will have $100M free money in my bank account with zero startup.

You submit the problem, l give it to my volunteer workers to comeup with reasonable solution within 3 months. You are fired if you cant show performance within 3 months. The solution is turn into MONEY and better living standard for the people.

Harness the power of your people looking for something to do, you will see talents begin to emerge and the individual talent is converted to income and prosperity, later

The Nigerian prison itself have atleast 5 million free labor worker to harness for road and water construction. You work as a volunteer in my project, you get your sentence reduce by 50%

All the graduate student in nigeria right now can tackle Electricity problem for free, but has the government even try to ask them what they know and can do. Who are the people making decision in Nigeria and wasting human talents that leads to porverty?

The more l write this statement, the more l get mad of all the waste of human resources in Nigeria leading people to poverty.
Form yourself into social group and use the power of groups to solve problems, instead of everybody trying to survive on their own causing more proverty.
Business / Re: Why Is Solar Power Not Commonly Used In Nigeria? by tara2: 6:51pm On Mar 08, 2011
Its amazing, in Nigeria, everybody has an opinion, but no one has a concrete permenant solution to any problem. All the Engineers in Nigeria, no one can comeup with a working Solar Converter or invent one. Its crazy,  you need to get together people and start inventing stuff, anything, just invent it. Get a working model and reverse-engineer it.

If a whole Adamawa State put a solar converter on the street and it does not work, you will think, Adamawa state will have atleast, at hand, 5 solar engineer hired who know exactly what they are doing to troubleshoot the converter or comeup with a better converter.

If am the Adamawa State governor, l will give $5,000,0000 to anyone or group of Nigerian inventor in Nigeria who can comeup with a better solar converter. The whole Nigeria will then benefit by selling the improved converter and recoup the $5M and more for life.

The poverty in Nigeria is caused by the people themself not all is caused by the government,  10% government, and 90% Nigerian people.
You allowed silly people to run goverment and say Nigerians are smart people, you have huge resources in the ground and say Nigeria is a rich country. Resource in the ground means nothing if you and l cannot use it to our economic advantage.

You have bad roads, but you have alot of people looking for work. Ask for 5 million road worker volunteeer willing  to work for free food for a year. l know l will comeout and work on the road and get my daily meal for free, will you? you work for 8 hrs and you get a free meal voucher redeemable at any local restaurant of your choice.

You have no viable electricity, and yet people just sit there and complain all the time.
People just dont want to figure out why things are not working, but they are expert in showing the world that it is not working.
So tell me why someone makes or invent a converter, and you cannot troubleshoot it the dawn converter in Nigeria.
Business / Re: Starting A Barbing Saloon, Club & Restaurant by tara2: 6:12pm On Mar 08, 2011
24 Hours Barbing Saloon in Nigeria is a bad idea. Most Nigerians don't have enough money to look after thier hair, this is where the problem lies.
l have a 20 yrs old Saloon already in Shita, SuruLere called: Perfect Grooming, even with 20yrs experience in the same location, it only provides barely  enough income.
Go visit and see and talk to my manager when you go to Nigeria to do your research, she will tell you what you need to know.

Nigerian infrastructure does not permit us to run a 24hrs service.
The People
The Electricity
The Security
The Transportation System
The Income
The Fuel cost.
The Land and Location Cost.
The City Council
All these factors will kill your business within a year.
We are always managing one problem or the other, we never seems to have a permenant solution to any of the above problems.
However, the business is good enough to have a medium Income.
