I am an artisan in Abuja who works under a reputable company as a freelancer. My job entails me moving around much everytime. I've done this for years now and to be honest it's really affecting me. The stress of trekking, getting into vehicles and alighting incessantly is really wearing me out. I'm thinking of saving 3k per day for about 2 years to get a car to help ease my movement because in the past and even now, I've lost some customers due to my inability to meet up with some appointments. Most times I get home really exhausted not necessarily because of much work but because of the stress involved in getting to customers' houses and returning again daily.
Now here's the challenge... I planned on getting a land and start building soon before the idea of getting a car came up due to much stress of moving about. I'd really love to own my own house. So please I'd be needing advice from you guys... House or car? Which should I start with first? Really important. Thanks.

A documentary photographer, Joshua Akinrinola, has accused his mentor, Eti-Inyene Akpan, of refusing to release his camera lens valued at N1.1m.
PUNCH Metro gathered that Akpan, who is also a photographer, borrowed the lens to cover a church programme.
The 25-year-old said his mentor promised to return the device a few days after the event.
He lamented that Akpan had, however, refused to return the lens since July 2021, when he took it, adding that efforts to retrieve his property had proved abortive.

Yesterday, I returned to my room to find a rat dead in the middle of it. Ordinarily, I wouldn't be bothered. But this rat has clearly been bitten (pictures will be displayed below). I called a neighbour and we examined it. We were arguing if a snake could have done it, and if yes, why it didn't swallow it. In any case, we decided to leave it where it was to see if whatever killed it would return for it. I went to sleep at a friend's.
We returned this morning to find the dead rat gone. So, I called others to join me and we ransacked every nook and cranny of the room. We couldn't find anything threatening. But we did find another rat killed in much the same manner as the first (second picture).
It irks that I can't find what did this. I can't sleep in the room as it is. So please, experts in the house, help me to identify what it could be and what can be done.

There’s something I’d like all the people criticizing Uber and the driver to know, Uber enforces the same level of discipline on their partner drivers across the globe, they don’t take thrash, once you get sanctioned in one city, you’ll never drive Uber anywhere else in the world (except you somehow create a new identity). So we can (to an extent) vouch for their integrity. Can we say the same for the lady making accusations? For Uber to have deleted her account, it means she’s a repeated offender. Uber gives both drivers and riders adequate protection.

Good evening, I drive a Toyota Camry 2000, And the AC just stopped working this afternoon, it’s not blowing hot, the indicator lights are not showing (It came on briefly this evening, and it went off immediately I tried to use the ac). As painful as they may feel, make sure you visit the toilet regularly. The painful stool will tend to make you scared of going to the toilet, don't succumb. If you don't stool regularly, the walls of your intestines will continue to suck the moisture off your feaces, making them drier and harder and you will end up constipating, hence aggravating your situation.
Then make sure the texture of ur swallows ( eba etc) is very soft, also avoid carbonated drinks.
I've been having swelling on my anus since 2014. I saw a pharmacist and he prescribed Anusol for me to buy. After taking the Anusol, I felt better for some days and the swelling reduced but it came back few day later.

Do not let the headline mislead you, the “client” was a douche bag, the photographer was his friend, he practically begged the photographer for a discount based on their friendship, he got an insane discount (rumored to be around 80%), yet he wouldn’t allow the photographer to take a break to eat.
One numbskull at the ncc woke up one morning and decided this was a brilliant idea. They expect them to use sims registered for them by their parents/guardians right? Now imagine. 17 year old in a university 3 states away from his/her state of residence losing his/her phone, such an individual won’t be able to retrieve his/her sim because it wasn’t registered by him/her, the same individual won’t be able to purchase a new sim either.

the thing is i dont have enough idear and how to run it... i have read online that one can start this business with just only 5k.
to prepare moi-moi i will need to get brown beans and other delicacy recipes in which i will be using to cook it for a much better taste....
i really want my own moi-moi production to be world class and different from others in taste and in sizes...
