dapoesq: Not to talk of his honesty. My goods was one of those that got missing. They were reordered, and now delivered to my Lagos address. I'm talking of things worth over $1,000. He gave no stories. In fact, they were reordered before I heard they were missing. 7 Likes |

Kakakibuy, we indeed met our target, all thanks to you. August is indeed grateful for that and for the other package too. May God bless you and all that is yours. You make pre-order seem really simple. Keep the flag flying. |

Op, congrats o. And sorry about the deals that went bad. Like you said up there, I also pre-ordered a vehicle from Kakakibuy. I didn't regret any minute of it. My own pre-order was completed in 35 days, so yours was just slightly faster. I even got four tyres with alloy rims (apart from a brand new michelin extra tyre in the boot). I sold those four rims off, and used part of the money for the car registration. Here's the link: https://www.nairaland.com/1795016/kakakibuy-tayosmatts-delivered-2001-nissan Like yours too, it was buy and drive. Since then, the reasons why I've been to mechanics include: Servicing, Once to change the front brake pads, Once to fix a leaking transmission fluid (later got to know the leak was as a result of damage to the trans-cooler, due to bad roads in my area). The car has really excellent specs, and everything works. Travelled last week and used about 8 litres to cover a distance of about 100 km (it's a 2.0l, 4 cylinder engine). I've had offers for the car, but nope, not for sale. Neat inside out, and purrs on the road. I bet you are going to enjoy yours too. Conclusion is- Kakakibuy is professionalism exemplified. No time wasting too. Excellent choice for anyone who wants to pre-order. 2 Likes |

Burger01: @Op, nice car you have there. I like the spec of this particular primera. Nice car indeed. Purrs like a kitten. Been rocking it in my neighbourhood. Specs include: Continuous Variable Transmission (CVT) with tiptronic, Xenon headlamps, Alloy wheels, Fog lights, A.C. with auto climatic control, 10 CD changer with 4 speakers and 4 twitters, Leather seats, Formica wood finish, 4 airbags, ABS, On board diagnostic system (bye bye to obd scanners), Panoramic roof e.t.c. Frankly it's real value for money. I have to give it to Kakakibuy, he's got an eye for good stuff. 3 Likes |

bimbor: Kakakibuy is doing a great job, however apart from Tayosmatts we are yet to see much testimonies here. Great work he's indeed been doing. However I think your not finding other testimonies is due to the threads he lost to the nairaland attack. Before me, he pre-ordered for joker5180, and after me for okenwa26; both delivered. These two can also attest to his honesty and professionalism. I'm aware he also pre-ordered a Nissan Frontier for another nairalander (can't remember his username, but the thread was up before the attack). Frankly, as far as pre-order is concerned, I'll recommend him over and over again. From my experience, it's without time wasting and with fair prices. Hope this helps. 3 Likes |

If you want a pre-order that will give you peace of mind, Kakakibuy is highly recommended. He even negotiated with the seller and got the car for about 200 euros less than the price advertised. My experience with him shows that he is trustworthy and he doesn't waste time, and I'm sure the other people he pre-ordered for, can attest to that. 4 Likes |

Since the last thread was lost, let me start by posting a timeline of the entire transaction: April 30 2014: Made enquiries about a 2000 model Nissan Primera on Kakakibuy's thread. (Money wasn't complete at this time) May 16: I paid the money for the car into Kakakibuy's account. As at this time, the 2000 Nissan Primera has been sold, but Kakakibuy searched and got me a 2001 model, much better than the 2000 model. Payment was for the 2001 model. May 21: Car picked up and handed over to the shipping company in Germany. May 22: Soft copies of bill of sale and other car documents received in my mail. May 27: Car confirmed to leave Hamburg on 29th May. May 31: Contacted Nairaland's Adexfem for vehicle clearing. June 3: Got soft copy of bill of laden in my mail. June 9: Mailed softcopy of bill of laden to Adexfem. He even offered to deliver the vehicle to my Lagos address without extra charges. June 10: Money for clearing paid into Adexfem's account. June 11: Hard copy of bill of laden and other car documents delivered to Lagos. June 14: Hard copy of bill of laden delivered to Adexfem. June 17: Adexfem confirmed arrival of vessel with the car. June 20: Vehicle delivered to my Lagos address by Adexfem. The duration of the whole process: 1 month, 4 days after payment. 6 Likes |
