The letter of suspension is to NIRSAL plc not NIRSAL microfinance Ltd.
NIRSAL microfinance will continue with responsibility of disbursement as long as CBN approved your loan.
Cheers
You are very correct brother, take a look at this attached!

Beremx:
The Central Bank of Nigeria has halted all further disbursements to the Nigeria Incentive-Based Risk Sharing System for Agricultural Lending (NIRSAL), Peoples Gazette can report, amidst widespread allegations of corruption.

The agency’s flagship Anchor Borrowers’ Programme and its chief executive Aliyu Abdulhameed have been rocked by charges of endemic graft in recent months, with multiple officials plugged-in about the crisis telling The Gazette that Mr Abdulhameed has all but run down the flagship commercial agriculture scheme.

The CBN’s suspension of further loans to NIRSAL under Mr Abdulhameed was contained in a March 10 correspondence that referenced a February 24 meeting in which the decision was taken for an immediate pause on all loans. The memo said the decision would only be rescinded after all outstanding loans out of NIRSAL have been resolved.

NIRSAL was also asked to submit monthly reports on its activities to CBN, a decision that indicated a retraction of CBN’s confidence long enjoyed by the credit risk managers.

Officials said the action was a major blow to Mr Abdulhameed, although it would also leave some farmers stranded since NIRSAL would no longer have any loan to disburse or plunder.

“We know it is bad for the Anchor Borrowers’ Programme, but at least we know that there will be no money to steal further,” an official said under anonymity because of his current appointment under the Buhari administration. “The CBN’s action is a welcomed development because NIRSAL has been exposed to a lot of bad debts due to its focus on corruption rather than productivity and development of the agric value chain.”

But some people got approval after 10th of March.

Obviously has no correlation with Covid-19 loan.
Nirsal have not posted anything concerning this on either Facebook or their twitter page

bro, nothing dey o, I just dey wait since, how far for your side?
I called them again this morning and they said that they are not the people that approve the funds that that they send it to a link provided by CBN for example like l have submitted my affidavit so they sent it to that a link designed by CBN they will access it and they will probably send me another link different from those that had direct approval for me to accept it, that's when it is my own turn, that it is treated batches by batches and turn by turn that l should be patient that they that's why he said that l should not send in another or drop another affidavit since I have already done that and also send it to bvnresolution@nmfb.com.ng that they have already sent it to the Link, so no need to drop it again, all what I need is pray for my request to be picked and treated

Is they anyone who benefited from covid and still sent NYIF message?
So l don't know how true it is
But am sure that alot of people here will let us know if actually they have benefited from both (TCF household covid-19 loan and nyif loan)

Nice question, because I saw on the the framework of the nyif, that anyone benefiting from other federal government loan programs without paying back yet are not illegible to apply for the nyif fund

NIRSAL should just send us mails that they will no longer approve us.

even if it was 100m Nigerians that applied it must have gotten approval by now.

what no sense is this?
I wonder oo
That's why I was of the opinion that they might be just approving few per day but not massively if not it's won't have taken this long, you will be even surprised that some people applications might not have even been attended to sef uptil now talkless of some that had accepted the offer but yet not credited and equally they said NMFB opened account for them but they are not credited despite sending them alert that so so money has been transferred to them successfully, so it's makes the whole thing jam packed for them and they are now equally given the task of nyif too, TCF household loan they were not fast in disbursing yet you are giving them more additional task, are they only banks in Nigeria? Politics!

I did that yesterday morning and I was told that I should be patient that hopefully l will be send a message to claim my offer, patient is alway what CC will always tell you, we know that
I was even of the opinion asking him if I should come to the bank and drop the copy of the affidavit again but he said no that it is already in their records no need to bring it again, that they are just having high volume of applicants to process and send approvals
