VISA WITHOUT APPOINTMENT


Dear Applicant,

As part of our efforts to help our students to secure a visa to come and study, we have managed to reach an agreement with the Turkish Embassy in Abuja.

As a result, the Embassy will be opened on the 13th and 15th of September, to all applicants with Unconditional Acceptance Letters(UAL) from a TRNC University.

Applicants DO NOT HAVE TO BOOK FOR APPOINTMENT prior to their visits.This offer is ONLY for these dates and is on the FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis.


The list of CIU and EMU admitted students have been duly submitted to the Embassy and they have acknowledged receipt.

What off people that Ve done since June and their name was not on d list watin we go do because all we re hearing is they will call us for 3months and more all they Ve been saying is we will call u what is our fate?

I fink u need to confirm ur name with ur school if they Ve sent it to d embassy , but I guess that they will tell u yes but non d less I can confirm that neu list is at d embassy I've a frnd of mind that collected his visa and he paid last month and got it that same month so u can still push for us ok d problem is more on Ciu and emu students its so sad...

The kokk is not all dis because people that Ve paid since June have not seen their names at d embassy and without that embassy can't issue u any visa its what many of us especially Ciu and emu re going tru now bro I did my interview since June 26 and and I didn't see my name on d school list bcoz d list there was an audated list and I paid and got my confirmation of payment on June 13 so u see bro there is a lil problem..
D koko na to pray say wen u do ur interview u will see ur name bcoz my advice for u b say no rush so u won't end up in d position so many off us re right now now.

Proficiency Test is conducted during your registration, whenever you get to the school, the department will access your level.
Like i said, Nigerians do not have problem with the Test, on some occasion, the may not even need you to take the test.

Sir am not bothered abt d proficiency test if u read clearly my post wah am bothered abt is d embassy calling us to come and re check our names so we can get our visas
Because right now d embassy people are claiming that there is no new list with them and Ciu is claiming otherwise so we re in d dark and time is running and there is no proper inf for us to be able to ascertain when we will be called orbwhen d list will get to them we re just waiting after d salah break to go and check its not like there is a concerate information we just want to check..

I can understand the frustration from some of you. If you meet the requirements of the embassy, you will issued with a VISA. Some schools that have admission period prefer to send names once while others send in batches.
Be rest assured that your names will be sent to the embassy as long as you have meet all prescribed requirements.

The issue now is that we re just left without proper info sir.. According to d school they claimed they Ve sent d names but the Turkish embassy in abj still maintains that no new names or lists of na.es has been sent to them by our school (Ciu) so that's y they haven't called us to come and re check our names and re submit our passport so we can b issued our visas ...
And its getting tiring and people re sad and scared because school is resuming I. Some few weeks time sir.

if you are in Abuja, I'd suggest you go to the embassy today, those who did their visa interview last week Tuesday without visa appointment date were asked to comback today, so use the opportunity to go and and you might be surprised that your name might be there now since your interview was in July.

I can confirm that your details were sent more than a month from the university based on the record I just received.
Also, I called my link in Immigration office in TRNC, they also sent your details to embassy in Nigeria as I had to follow those that paid today so as to get their names sent.

Be patient till first Ist-2nd week embassy as I learnt the university have just sent a memo as well stating students frustration.

Sir its not that d names re not with d embassy d names re with them and it has been confirmed by even peeps who did interview and saw d new list its just d embassy that is having a difficult time to just call us back and ask us to check our names then resubmit our passport for them to issue d visa ..

The people they attended to on 22nd and today are those mostly without appointments or printouts. This is General for any students that had secured admission.However, would be difficult to attend to those they had attended to before. Meanwhile, two applicants also here on Nairaland were attended to around July Ending, they returned their documents to them that name not on the list, but were attended to on 22nd and asked them to come on Next Tuesday for their passports.

18 of the people I recently got admission for even some just paid 3 days ago without appointments were attended to. 12 among the 18 students were asked to pick their passports on 29th. While the rest 6 were told they would call them after communicating with the university.

May I know the school you applied to? If is EMU, kindly imbo me your full name and confirmation of payment number. Am preparing a list to follow up with the embassy in TRNC before Or on FRIDAY.

Sir I didn't see anybody that was attended to on d 22nd bcoz u can't if go in if u don't Ve a print out and majority of d people that did interview on that same day didn't see their names
We waited till like 7pm before we left that day and all we where told was that theybwill call us nothing more am so tired and sad abt d whole tin because I Ve paid my fees since June 14 and am facing all dis rubbish and d embassy is not making it easy for us no adequate info to say this is wen and wen we would call and all..

prospective students coming to North cyprus..
Note that the embassy will no longer honor the visa appointment date on the website.. updated information state that if you have paid your tuition fee deposit and have filled the pre-visa form online, just go to the embassy with required document for visa on the 22nd and 24th of August.. that is when the embassy will attend to you. If you have not made payments yet.. pay as soon as possible and be there on those dates..

What of people that have done their interviews before schools sent their names to d embassy ?
Bcoz some students did interviews and checked for their name but it was not with d embassy bckz at that time their names have not gotten to d embassy and they Ve paid their tuition and all their diccuments re intact

I doubt if that embassy will call. The applicant's documents are with the embassy or with the applicants? if with the embassy, they should just go to embassy direct on visa application days.

The documents re with d embassy dy gave them only their passports and some of dem passport re still in d embassy bcoz dy didnt show up on d supposed collection day bcoz of one tin or d other and also bcoz of d info they heard
So re dy still going to collect their visas sir?
And some went on collection days but they didn't attend to them bcoz they don't Ve a txt SMS or mail like I heard its like dy said dey will send msgs so I don't really understand d whole tin

Dey can allow u to leave,,, just make sure u do biometrics,,,, go to ur camp directors office,, tell him why u are going out,,, you might tell him u forgot sum of ur documents,,, if u even have a betta reason,, he is gonna give u up to 1 week , d camp director is d only person who cud give u a pass out of camp

The timetable they released indicated that the deadline for registration is Midnight of 27th July, 2017. I don't think you'll be allowed into camp after this date. I may be wrong though!

I weak oooo..what if I go to camp 26th can they allow me to leave camp just for a day and come back d follown day is that possible?
