I agree that Nigerian hospitals are not standard but it is not the fault of the doctors.
The govt has the responsibility to equip the hospitals and they r not doing that so what do u want the doctors to do?
Equip the hosp with their money?
I think u r anot lookin at the situation objectively.

There is no disadvantage of marrying from another tribe.
But it is a decision one has 2 take carefully.
Especially a woman cos the woman has to make all the sacrifices and adjustments.
She has to learn a new culture, has 2 make effort to be accepted by her husband's family cos she is now a member of that family.
Marriage in Africa is not just about 2 people in love families are involved.
But if there is Love the couple can weather the storms.

I think she shold not breastfeed but if she is really constrained by factors as finance what can she do?
