I applaud the Nigerian army for sticking and adhering to its norms and ethics.Otherwise the military will be rendered unorganized and undisciplined just the way the civilian corrupt system has disorganised the public civil service and rendered it a corrupt and most undisciplined government machinery the country had ever known.The average Nigerian most especially the youth of today do not seem to understand the difference between a society without proper ethics and norms and a properly organised society with ethics simply because most of them were born in an era that corrupt politicians are having sway.To most of them corrupt and unethical acts are what they have seen from the time they were born and so to them these are normal acts.The army to me should go further by completely dissecting its members from the social media otherwise the new officers will end up patronising the social media so much that the service will be affected by the lies and lack of etiquette of the social media practice.Long live the federal republic of Nigeria.
