This shouldn't be a problem -- except that we'll need to know your husband's passport number, issuance date, and expiration date in order to take his fingerprints etc. If he doesn't know those, he'll have to return in person when he gets his passport back. If he does know them, we can go ahead with the interview, and he can submit the passport at his convenience later. Hope this helps!

I just received an email from LagosIV@state.gov that he will not be attended to without his international passport.

We have a copy of the biometric page, it contains all the information.

I guess it's safe to say "see you on Thursday!"

Hello.

My family is scheduled for an interview on Thursday 30th July at 06:30.

I am the Principal applicant. My husband who is a derivative does not have his International Passport in his possession at the moment. It is currently at the Dutch Embassy. He applied for a visa to enable him travel to the Netherlands and it has not yet been returned.

As a result of this, he is unable to undergo his medical exam,  as the hospital says he needs to come with his international passport.

I and my children have already undergone the medical examination.

I will like to know what options are open to us as regards attending the interview on that day with my husband.

Thank you for your anticipated assistance

Hmm. If we've added the baby to the case, his name ought to be visible to you online. Please send us another e-mail and ask us to contact our helpdesk so they can troubleshoot. They always ask for a screenshot, so if you could send a screenshot of what you see when you try to access the application, that would be helpful. Thanks!

Thanks for your help. His name became visible later in the day. Glad to hear you are a South Park fan. Team Eric.

Hello.
This is as regards an F3 petition. I have an interview with my family at the end of July.
I recently had a baby who was not on the original application.
I have sent an email to the consulate in Lagos and they say he has been added to it.
I was told to fill a DS 260 online for him. I was also told I will pay $325 on the day of the interview for him.
my question is how do I fill a DS 260 for him online when I have not paid the required fees. When I sign in on ceac.state.gov, I don't see his name on the list.
Thanks in advance

Eek, all the good questions are coming while I'm out! I hope you got a satisfactory answer from LagosIV@state.gov.

Ah, then your case is eligible to be scheduled for an interview and NVC will likely contact you with a date any day now!

We can add your child to the case. We'll need to know his or her name, gender, date of birth, and country of birth. Once the child is added to the case, you can access the online DS-260 and fill it out for him or her. (If you haven't filled out any online DS-260s yet, don't worry, NVC will contact you and explain soon.)

Thank you again for the prompt response.

How do I contact you to add my child. As I don't want to contact NVC and have to wait for sixty days.

I have already filled the online DS-260 for all other parties.

Thanks

[quote author=teefah80 post=33016843]Hello. I received an email from NVC in January that they had finished reviewing my case and will contact me when an interview had been scheduled for me. This is as regards an F4 application.
I am yet to receive an interview date and I had a new baby a month ago who is not on the application.
I will like to know the process involved in adding my new baby to the application.

I made an error earlier on. This is as regards an F3 application and my priority date is 03 March 2003.

Thank you.
