My SIL prescribed a mixture for me she z it prevents rashes etc on babies, I just did it today dunno if you're interested u can try it. It's a mixture of shear butter, tetracycline (red and yellow) and Skineal.

Yaayyyy! Don't you think the those medications would be too harsh for baby skin. Tetracycline is an antibiotic and our skin has normal bacterial flora that helps protect the skin from invasion, won't this deplete them and expose the skin to infection? Skineal is a steroid cream and should not be used for long periods making it ineligible as a regular cream. I doubt if it's even advisable to use on baby skin. Anyway I believe those in the medical field would add their thoughts, these are just mine.

@raptor be encouraged, your story is one I am too familiar with. I am the child that was born after a damaged cervix. My mum had my brother at a birth weight of 4.7kg, after labouring actively for 4 days. She ended up with a c section and after that the drama started, she had 4 still births around the 6months mark. She's also thought she'll end up with just one kid, but God was just laughing at her. I can't wait till when you'll share your testimony. Am watching this space.

Thanks mumpurity2, God bless you loads. My wish for you is that you have the best antenatal and delivery experience with them. You can ask for the director's phone numbers from them and talk to him if you have any doubts. I know my friend talked to him very often during the labour even if he was not the doctor handling her delivery. He comes across to me as a patient and approachable person. Waiting to hear your testimonies

@ mumpurity I can say I have " half first hand" wink experience with sterling. Was birth partner for a friend who have had three births with them and just had the last 2 weeks ago, was with her all through the labour. After the birth things took a dramatic turn, she started shivering vigorously and bleeding profusely a few minutes after she was transferred to the postnatal ward. Was a scarery sight. I quickly ran to get the doctor and indeed his response was prompt . She was quickly hooked up to monitors and in no time she was stabilized, I saw efficiency and experience during my short stay there. Am not pregnant yet but will definitely use them at the appointed time.

@teefex I don't think Minnesota is such a cheap place a friend had her baby there early last year she got in early enough and scouted for cheap hospitals the best she got gave her a total bill of $12k after discount. She's planning a second journey but she's not looking that way this time. You could keep looking you may be lucky. Wish you luck!

@missmalachi in addition to too much covering also restrict her clothes to 100% cotton, avoid nylon, polyester and the likes i think it should resolve on its own and not multiply if you avoid these.
