Friend supporting friend. Today, we sacrificed our time, energy to be with Precious Chikwendu arrested unjustly by the police.

No long speech - Her arrest is sponsored by Senator Grace Bent who happens to be Femi Fani-Kayode 5/6.

I received a lot of calls to back out because of personalities involved, I wish to inform you that they have buried their head in shame.

They frustrated all effort to keep her in cell to scare her from demanding access/custody of her kids which she already filed at the High Court.

I won't fail to thank Barr Dele Igbinedion, Barr Samuel Ihensekhien, Barr T.J Aondo for their professional legal expertise.

Appreciation to DIG Dan Mallam DIG training, @iam__evalyn_, Tracy Mcwary, Madam Vera and others who stand in solidarity with Precious.

We are going back Next week Monday 2:00pm for interview.

Harrison Gwamnishu
Just want to be there in good and in bad times.

Absolutely! Torture you emotionally was the sole reason why arrogant women with wealth are a complete capital NO to me. I don't know how deep your thoughts are coming from but i can tell you really clearly that you are right. As a man, i cannot loose my pride not for any woman. Afterall, it is the only thing i can take to the grave.
Real wisdom is, know the dog can bark; know the dog can bite but still find a way to tame it and have it under control. If you take your time to study your woman trust me you will know how to use all her flaws to your advantage.

Sports / Man City To Begin Premier League Title Defence At Spurs by telkevog(m): 4:30pm On Jul 20, 2021
Premier League champions Manchester City will start the defence of their title away to Tottenham after the fixtures for the 2021-22 season were unveiled on Wednesday.

Catch all the Premier League action live on SuperSport with live streaming on DStv and Showmax Pro.

- Full PL Fixture list

City are among the sides heavily linked with Spurs striker Harry Kane, throwing up the tantalising possibility that the England captain could line up against his boyhood club on the opening weekend.

Pep Guardiola's side won the league by 12 points last season ahead of rivals Manchester United, who open their campaign against old foes Leeds at Old Trafford.

Both clashes were played behind closed doors on Leeds' return to the top flight last season, but hopes are high for significant crowd numbers for the coming season.

A 40,000 crowd will witness the Euro 2020 semifinals and final at Wembley in July as part of a UK government pilot scheme.

Elsewhere on the weekend of August 14, new boys Brentford begin life back in the top flight for the first time in 75 years with a London derby at home to Arsenal, while Championship winners Norwich entertain Liverpool on their return to the Premier League.

Champions League winners Chelsea welcome managerless Crystal Palace to Stamford Bridge

There are a number of early meetings between the 'big six'. Liverpool host Chelsea on the third weekend of the season before the Blues host Manchester City in a repeat of the Champions League final on September 25.

Liverpool renew their rivalry with City on October 2 at Anfield and their clash at the Etihad on April 9 could be key in the title race.

United and Liverpool face off at Old Trafford on October 23 and March 19 at Anfield.

All fixtures are still subject to change for TV coverage.

Burnley announced on Tuesday they had signed Wales goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey, who was released by Premier League rivals Crystal Palace earlier this month.

The 34-year-old has agreed to a two-year contract with an option for a third, Burnley said on their website.

Hennessey has played 96 times for his country and was an unused back-up to Danny Ward at Euro 2020.

Burnley already have Nick Pope, who has seven England caps but was not part of the Euro 2020 squad.

Hennessey has made 181 Premier League appearances for Wolves and Palace.

Brentford announce first Premier League signing with Onyeka addition
Tue 20 Jul, 13:46

Brentford have signed Nigeria international Frank Onyeka from Danish side Midtjylland on a five-year contract, the newly promoted Premier League club said on Monday.

The 23-year-old midfielder is Brentford's first signing as a Premier League side and has spent his entire professional career at Midtjylland, where he made his senior debut in 2017.

Onyeka made 123 appearances and scored 17 goals during his time in Denmark. Midtjylland won the Danish Superliga in the 2019-20 season, and Onyeka also helped the team win 2017-18 league title and 2019 Danish Cup.

"We think he is a strong addition to the squad, and we are looking forward to working with him. He is a very dynamic player," Brentford manager Thomas Frank told the club's website https://www.brentfordfc.com/news/2021/july/brentford-sign-frank-onyeka-from-fc-midtjylland.

"He has come from the Danish league and was one of the best midfield players in that league, we think he has the potential to develop further. All the coaches here are looking forward to working with Frank and pushing him to a higher level."

Onyeka made his only appearance for Nigeria in a friendly against Algeria in October.

Brentford, who ended their 74-year exile from the top flight by beating Swansea City 2-0 in the Championship play-off final in May, host Arsenal in their Premier League opener on August 13.

Celebrities / Obi Cuban Finally Speaks On His Wealth And His Friends' by telkevog(m): 12:34pm On Jul 20, 2021
Obi Cubana; finally speaks
"I want to state this clearly, I am not the talking type or Social media interest free person"

"Many have questioned the type of boys and friends I have, to me, I hardly address anyone as my boy because we are all boys to God Almighty.

I don't have any boy who is into rituals, if you are my boy or my man because I like to address my boys as my men, it means you are working hard and you made your money in a clean way.

In 2013, I pushed 53 uneducated Oba boys into the market to learn trading. In 2017, I withdrew all of them from their Ogas and settled all of them with 3million Naira each and paid for their shops.

I linked 40 of them into importation and made them use my name and platform to import goods into the country. After two years, I checked on them how they were doing and find out some had issues and I supported them again to stand.

I am happy today that out of the 53 men, 38 are billionaires while the rest are in the level of a millionaire.

In 2018, I took 100 educated men out of streets and introduced them to the white men for business and today there are billionaires in dollars.

They also help me in their capacity when I require their help. All their friends both Nigeria and outside patronises me.

I am into hotel and club business and I have so many businesses I am brand ambassadors to.

I have alliance with spirit drinks and wines, I am brand to many businesses in the world.

It gives me joy to see my men do well, non of my hotel managers in Nigeria can small poverty, I encourage them to raise others from their local communities. I have never sacked a worker due to misconduct, I bring you in and speak to you the way you will understand.

I have this understanding that we should allow the stubborn people to exist and cool headed people to exist and we make use of them when their needs arises.

I don't believe in the supremacy of power rather I believe in the fare share of power and authority and allow everyone to feel belonged.

I have many uncountable people through my hotel business, I have encouraged many, I have made a lot of friends millionaires and billionaires because it gives me joy. Seeing them throw money around gives me happiness and they know, so anytime there are with me, they show such attitude of throwing money to please me.

Yes, I will gift 1 million to 300 Oba boys to start up business and link them up too to make it.

I have a lot of friends and associates and we are like brothers to each other. We love and encourage one another in good and bad as you have seen in my case that all of them came massively to support me.

Critics is normal and there are there to say what they want to say but when you are doing the right thing, you don't listen to what people say. If I have my way, I will also help those criticising me.

A lot of non Obas will still benefit from me because I am still in the business of making people great.

Cubana chief priest is my man and he is a jolly fellow. People mistake him for me, I am Obi Kubana and he is my Chief priest I hope you understand it now.

I am not into politics and I don't have interest in it till tomorrow. I respect those in politics because dey carry power. Lol hahaha.

My advice is they should identify talents and make them great, don't have any fear of who betrays you tomorrow, just make men and move, if they remember good if not be happy that they made it through you.

I didn't asked my boys/men for donations or help, I didn't also asked my friends for help or donations they did that on their own and I appreciated their efforts.

Gradually ala Igbo ga adinma"

Politics / Press Release: El-rufai Cannot Be Judge In His Own Case by telkevog(m): 10:42am On Jul 07, 2021
EL-RUFAI CANNOT BE JUDGE IN HIS OWN CASE

Press Release

Our attention has been drawn to the Judicial Commission of Inquiry set up by the Kaduna State Government to look into the remote
and immediate causes of the warning strike action by the Nigeria Labour Congress from May 16 - 19, 2021, its legality and the impact on the state and other entities.

The Commission of Inquiry is also to look at the role played by various individuals and organisations including our own Nigeria Police Force and determine or recommend consequential action(s).

Without prejudice to the right of a state government to set up a
commission of inquiry, and although we have the greatest respect for
the Chairman of the Commission, Justice Ishaq Bello and members of the Commission (save hirelings/hatchet men), we would think this is a
joke taken too far, an abuse of executive powers of a governor and a waste of the resources of the state.
But then, this trend would seem to be a logical sequence to the powers
(that he wrongfully appropriated) that made him declare wanted
Labour leaders during the warning strike.

But beside this, we would want to state unequivocally that the warning strike was purely a Labour dispute and industrial relations action legitimised by the 1999 constitution (as amended) and the corpus of our Labour Law as the rights to strike and protest by workers and their trade unions are universal rights guaranteed by the provisions of
international labour conventions which Nigeria has ratified.

Similarly, the process that led to the action was legally or lawfully competent.

And in the unlikely event that it became a subject of litigation, the
appropriate judicial body would be a court of competent jurisdiction as provided for by the 1999 constitution, (as amended) as El-Rufai cannot be a judicial body.

More so is the fact that Labour and industrial relations issues are on the Exclusive Legislative List.

It is trite knowledge that inclusive in its inherent powers, the National
Industrial Court is vested powers to invoke global best practices in resolving disputes through adjudication.

It is equally important to point out that Mr El-Rufai or the Kaduna State is a party to this dispute. In furtherance of one of the core principles of law which states that one cannot be a Judge in one 's case, we do not see how Mr El-Rufai/Kaduna State Goverment could be Judge in this matter and we would still have justice given his repeated boast that he would deal with labour leaders and those who took part
in the strike action....and that by the time he was done, they would
never again set their feet in Kaduna.

One of the dangers of one being a Judge in one's case is manifested in this extant matter by virtue of the fact that
the Governor/Government glaringly neglected to cite itself for sanction even as it procured and deployed thugs that inflicted grievous injuries on our peacefully protesting members in the full glare of television cameras and under the watchful eye of the police. How therefore can there be justice when one is Judge in one's own case.

In light of this, we advise the Governor to learn to respect his office, the
oath of office he took, our Labour Laws and the MoU his Government
voluntarily signed with Organised Labour.

Meanwhile, we aver that our statutory notice on the escalation of this
strike/protest action as given by our National Executive Council
effective from 22nd June 2021 stands. running. In furtherance of this, all
our affiliate trade unions and members across the country are to step
up mobilisation.

KADUNA UPDATE: KDSG names Justice Ishaq Bello to lead inquiry on NLC warning strike

The Kaduna State Government has established a Judicial Commission of Inquiry into the NLC warning strike of 16th to 19th May 2021, and the actions and events associated with it. This judge-led inquiry has 14 terms of reference, including the legality of the strike and any breach of the relevant laws on trade disputes and essential services.

A statement from Sir Kashim Ibrahim House disclosed that Justice Ishaq Bello, former Chief Judge of the FCT, will chair the seven-member inquiry which is required to submit its final report 60 days after its first sitting.

“Malam Nasir El-Rufai has appointed seven members into the Judicial Commission of Inquiry into the actions and conduct of persons and organisations in relation to the 16th to 19th May 2021 warning strike of the NLC.

“Acting under the powers conferred by the 1999 Constitution and the Commissions of Inquiry Law, CAP 34, Laws of Kaduna State, 1991, Governor Nasir El-Rufai has named the following persons as members of the inquiry:
i. Hon. Mr. Justice Ishaq Bello Chairman
ii. AVM Rabiu Dabo Commissioner
iii. Mr. Eyo O. Ekpo Commissioner
iv. Mrs. Joan Jatau-Kadiya Commissioner
v. Mr. Chom Bagu Commissioner
vi. Dr. Nasirudeen Usman Commissioner
vii. Malam Mohammed Isah Aliyu Commissioner

“Malam Nasir El-Rufai also appointed Mr. Daniel Chukwudi Enwelum, SAN as Counsel to the Commission, and Mr. Musa Kakaki, Esq. as Secretary to the Commission.

“The instrument establishing the Judicial Commission of Inquiry prescribes the following terms of reference:

Politics / Nigerian Govt Borrowed N1.3trn To Pay Salaries by telkevog(m): 9:58am On Jul 06, 2021
Data show Nigerian govt borrowed N1.3trn to pay salaries, debts from Jan-May

Nigeria’s dwindling finances came under intense pressure again in the first five months of the year, as the federal government borrowed at least N1.3 trillion to cover for salaries of civil servants and matured debts.

Ripples Nigeria analysis of the 2022-2024 Medium Term Expenditure Framework and Fiscal Strategy Paper (MTEF/FSP) published by the Budget Office showed that government’s personnel and debt expenditures, which stood at about N3.15 trillion exceeded its overall revenue of about N1.84 trillion.

While the federal government has continued to justify the need to borrow for infrastructure, the data shows a chunk of the money went into recurrent expenditure.

A breakdown of the data from the MTEF/FSP document showed that out of the projected Federal Government’s retained revenue of N3.32 trillion, only N1.84 trillion was realized, representing 67 percent of the projected revenue, with a variance of 44.6 percent.

When the N1.84 trillion revenue figure is calculated to the total debt service of N1.80 trillion over the same period, it shows that the Nigerian government spent 98 percent of its revenue on debt servicing.

Disaggregation of debt service during the period showed, domestic debt gulped N913.1 billion of the revenue while N408.71 billion was used to offset the external debt.

Also, interest payment for debt through Ways And Means gulped N480.52 billion.

With only N42.65 billion of revenue left, the government was forced to offset personnel cost of N1.35 trillion with borrowed fund.

“Every year, the government makes the argument that we are borrowing for infrastructure. Borrowing is not an issue but borrowing to pay salaries should be a concern,” an economist, Kunle Ajayi, told Ripples Nigeria.

“It is a dangerous thing that the government employees’ salaries were being paid through loans,” he added.

Other expenditure highlights in the report during the period include N206.89 billion statutory transfers, and N978.13 billion for capital expenditure.

Health / All Vaccinated People Will Die Within 2 Years* by telkevog(m): 6:52pm On Jul 05, 2021
*BREAKING NEWS:* *All Vaccinated people will die within 2 years*

Nobel Prize Winner Luc Montagnier has confirmed that there is no chance of survival for people who have received any form of the vaccine. In the shocking interview, the world's top virologist stated blankly: "there is no hope, and no possible treatment for those who have been vaccinated already. We must be prepared to incinerate the bodies." The scientific genius backed claims of other pre eminent virologists after studying the constituents of the vaccine. "They will all die from antibody dependent enhancement. Nothing more can be said."

“It’s an enormous mistake, isn’t it? A scientific error as well as a medical error. It is an unacceptable mistake,” Montagnier said in an interview translated and published by the RAIR Foundation USA yesterday. “The history books will show that, because it is the vaccination that is creating the variants.”

Many epidemiologists know it and are “silent” about the problem known as “antibody-dependent enhancement,” Montagnier said.

*Breaking News: US Supreme Court has canceled universal vaccination*

In the United States, the Supreme Court has canceled universal vaccination. Bill Gates, US Chief Infectious Disease Specialist Fauci, and Big Pharma have lost a lawsuit in the US Supreme Court, failing to prove that all of their vaccines over the past 32 years have been safe for the health of citizens! The lawsuit was filed by a group of scientists led by Senator Kennedy.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr .: “The new COVID vaccine should be avoided at all costs.

I urgently draw your attention to important issues related to the next vaccination against Covid-19.

For the first time in the history of vaccination, the so-called mRNA vaccines of the latest generation directly interfere with the patient's genetic material and therefore alter the individual genetic material, which is genetic manipulation, which was already prohibited and was previously considered a crime.
The coronavirus VACCINE IS NOT A VACCINE! ATTENTION!
What has always been a vaccine?
It was always the pathogen itself - a microbe or virus that was killed or attenuated, that is, weakened - and it was introduced into the body in order to produce antibodies.
Not even a coronavirus vaccine!
She's not that at all!
It is part of the newest group of mRNA (mRNA) allegedly "vaccines"
Once inside a human cell, mRNA reprograms normal RNA / DNA, which begins to make another protein.
That is, nothing to do with traditional vaccines! That is, it is an instrument of genetic influence. Gene weapon! That is, they were going to destroy from earthlings, and the survivors will become GMOs!
Following the unprecedented mRNA vaccine, the vaccinated will no longer be able to treat the symptoms of the vaccine in an additional way.
Vaccinated people will have to come to terms with the consequences, because they can no longer be cured by simply removing toxins from the human body, as in a person with a genetic defect such as Down syndrome, Klinefelter syndrome, Turner syndrome, genetic heart failure, hemophilia, cystic fibrosis, Rett syndrome, etc.), because the genetic defect is forever!

This clearly means:
if a symptom of vaccination develops after mRNA vaccination, neither I nor any other therapist can help you, because
DAMAGE CAUSED BY VACCINATION WILL BE GENETICALLY Irreversible.

❗Vaccination -
weapons of genocide of the 21st century.

Former Pfizer Chief Scientist Mike Yeedon has once again expressed his position that it is too late now to save those who have been injected with a substance publicly called "the Covid-19 vaccine."

He encourages those who have not yet received the lethal injection to fight for their lives, those around them and the lives of their children.

The internationally renowned immunologist goes on to describe a process that he says will kill the vast majority of people:
"Immediately after the first vaccination, about 0.8% of people die within two weeks.
The average life expectancy of survivors will be a maximum of two years, but it also decreases with each new "injection". "

Additional vaccines are still being developed to cause deterioration in certain organs, including the heart, lungs and brain.

After two decades at Pfizer, Professor Yedon was familiar with the functions and research and development goals of pharmaceutical giant Pfizer, and states that the ultimate goal of the current "vaccination" regime can only be a massive demographic event that will make all world wars put together, like Mickey's staging Mouse.

"Billions of people have already been sentenced to certain, inevitable and painful death. Anyone who receives the injection will die prematurely, and three years is a generous estimate of how long they can survive."

May God help us o. Some of us have started with the first dose, waiting for the second jab/dose! A serious confusion, if this is authentic. This will have a very grave consequences. A reappraisal suit against the promoters of COVID19 VACCINES should immediately be filed to bring them to book. They are to face GENOCIDE case, and this should be before the International criminal court of justice.... I won't rest my case.
This is more than serious

On a lighter mood....I attended a burial of my friend's grand father yesterday. Their tradition is that, at every
burial ceremony, an old man would come out and announce the next person to die.

So this old man said the first person to leave the burial ground will be next to die.

Since yesterday, we are still at the burial ground. Even a 95-year old elderly man is asking me if my parents won't be looking for me .

Crime / Female Corrections Officer Jailed For Sex With Inmate In View Of 11 Others by telkevog(m): 6:41am On Jul 03, 2021
Female corrections officer jailed for sex with inmate in view of 11 others

A female California corrections officer with a “depraved mind” has been jailed for reportedly having sex with an inmate — in full view of 11 other jailbirds.

Tina Gonzalez, 26, even cut a hole in her uniform pants — to make it easier to have sex in Fresno County Jail, her sentencing hearing was told on Tuesday, according to The Fresno Bee.

Her former boss, Assistant Sheriff Steve McComas, told the court that he had witnessed many “pretty disgusting things” during his 26-years on the job — but nothing as shocking as hearing of Gonzalez’s sex session in full view of other inmates.

“That is something only a depraved mind can come up with,” McComas told the court, according to the local paper.

Gonzalez — who quit after being arrested in May last year — also supplied the same inmate with razors, a cell phone and advance warnings when his cell was going to be searched, the reports said.

“She took an oath which she betrayed and in doing so endangered her coworkers’ lives,” McComas said.

“But she has shown no remorse. She continually calls and has sexually explicit conversations with the inmate in question and boasts about the crimes she carried out,” he told the court, according to the Bee.

Gonzalez pleaded no contest in April to sexual activity by a detention facility employee with a consenting inmate, as well as possessing drugs or alcohol, and a cell phone to give to an inmate, the outlet said.

Her former boss called for her to get the maximum sentence of three years and eight months in prison.

But Judge Michael Idiart noted her early plea and lack of criminal history as he sentenced her Tuesday to seven months in the county jail followed by two years of probation.

“I think what you did was terrible, stupid and you have ruined your career,” Idiart told Gonzalez.

“But I also believe that people can redeem themselves and you have the rest of your life to do that. Good luck,” the judge told her. NY POST

Crime / MBA Capital And Trading Limited: Victims Cry Out. by telkevog(m): 10:44pm On Jun 16, 2021
Victims of an alleged scam perpetrated by a Lagos-based forex training and capital investment company, MBA Capital and Trading Limited, are worried over their unpaid dividend and capital, and the disappearance of the Chief Executive Officer, Maxwell Odum.

The victims, numbering 52, said the total amount they were defrauded of was N122,510,000, adding that the company closed on December 22, 2020, for the festive season but had failed to resume since then.

One of the victims, Paul Smith, told PUNCH Metro that he invested N48m in a scheme promoted by the firm with a promise that he would be getting 15 per cent return on investment every month, but he had been unable to get the promised dividend.

He said he and other investors petitioned the Special Fraud Unit, Ikoyi, on June 6, 2021, adding that more victims had also come out to speak on the alleged scam, bringing the total to over 70.

Smith stated, “The last email we got from the firm was in February telling us that our capital would be refunded. I invested N48m and I’ve been down since. Odum has over N120bn of people’s funds with him and I know over 70 victims.

“What convinced me to join the scheme was the size of the office and operations. The company has a lot of workers. It has offices at Admiralty Way, Lekki, and Allen Avenue, Ikeja. In Lekki, it has over 40 staff members and it was operating normally before now.

“The office was shut on December 22, 2020, with an assumption that it was the festive season break. They promised to resume on January 4, 2021, but they didn’t. We cannot reach their CEO anymore. All the offices are under lock and key. We have petitioned the Special Fraud Unit, Ikoyi, which has assured us that the case will be investigated.”

Another victim, Misan Sagay, said her brother introduced her to the investment firm, adding that she invested all her savings of N3m, but did not receive any dividend before the company ceased to operate.

“My brother told me about them in October 2020. My first investment was in November 2020 and I have never received any return on investment. I invested N3m. I checked them online and I saw that they were registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Now, I’m hearing that it was a part registration.

“My brother invested N1m in August and he got his first dividend in October and that was the last he got. They promised to pay us our capital in January, but we haven’t seen anything. I want the police to help us fish out the CEO; he should be prosecuted.”

He told PUNCH Metro that he had already received two dividends before the CEO allegedly absconded, adding that he wanted his money.

Ihejirika stated, “One of my pastor brothers introduced me to the MBA. He attends Christ Embassy with the owner of the company. With that, I was confident since we’re all members of the Christ Embassy. I thought there won’t be an issue. “Even my pastor, who introduced me to the company, invested N5m, while I invested N4.9m. I invested in July 2020 and was promised 15 per cent return on investment every 30 days. I received dividends for August and September, but I was not paid in October.

“I need my capital. I’m not even concerned about the RoI. This country is all about scam. I just want my capital back. I’ve learnt my lesson.”

When PUNCH Metro contacted the police inspector in charge of the case at the SFU, Sunny Shafau, he said the petition had been approved but investigation into the case could not commence until the petitioners come forward.

“I have received the petition with 52 names attached to it. The petition has been approved. We are waiting for the petitioners to come forward so that investigation can commence. I can’t use my personal money to fund petitions,” he said.

3. Non of the top nations earning billions of dollars annually from the cattle business condone the killing of citizens for cattle.
4. Nigeria's cattle business requires a complete re-think now and not later, for posterity's sake.
