Religion / Re: Why Do Pastors Prefer Malachi To Deuteronomy When Preaching About Tithe? by Temmie147(m): 12:44pm On Jan 22, 2017
Tithes means a tenth or 10 percent. The tithes system described in the bible was designed specifically to meet the needs of the religious, economics and political system of ancient Israel. Each of the twelve tribes of Israel, except the tribe of levi, initially received an allotment of land in the promised land of canaan. The levites were assistants to Israel's priest and were supported by a tithe offering from other eleven tribes. All families of those eleven tribes were to give a tenth of all produce, flocks, and cattle to the levites. In turn, the levites were to give a tenth of that to support the priests.(Leviticus 27: 30-33. Numbers 18: 21-23)
Tithes were also used to meet the needs of foreigners, orphans and widows. (Deuteronomy 26:12-13)

The Question is will I recive blessings if I give a donation or seed money to a church or ministry?
No. There is no requirement in the bible to give "seed money to a church, preacher or ministry, and no promise that any wealth or other blessings of any kind will come as a result. Verses like matthew 13:1-19 and 2 corinthians 9:6-11 are sometimes cited to support request for seed money or other donations, but the blessings promised here are spiritual blessings, not material blessings.

The bible does urge us to be generous with our wealth and time. However, any claim that wealth, health, good fortune or blessings will come as a result of a donation should be looked at with suspicion.

Food / How To Prepare Ofe Nsala (white Soup) by Temmie147(m): 1:14pm On Jun 30, 2016
HOW TO PREPARE OFE NSALA ( WHITE SOUP)
Ofe Nsala is also known as white soup and it is very popular in the eastern part of Nigeria. The igbo and some parts of south south are very familiar with white soup. The soup is tasty and fast and easy to prepare. And now that the rainy season is here, the soup is very ideal for a rainy and cold day because it is usually spicy and hot. Uziza, which is the most common leaves for Nsala, is very medicinal as well. And since it is also easy to make, you can count on it to save the day when you run out of soup and you need to make an 'emergency' soup. Remember, Nsala is not a soup that you make and leave or keep in the freezer for days.

INGREDIENTS
Uziza ( a bunch)
Utazi ( a handful)
Meat of choice ( chicken, beef, turkey)
Crayfish (blended)
Fresh pepper
Dried fish
Head of stock fish
Pounded yam, cocoyam ( thickener)
Seasoning cubes
Salt
Snails (optional)
Bush meat ( Anu nchi)

PREPARATIONS
Boil the meat with seasoning cubes, onions, salt and water, then cook for about 15 minutes.
Wash and add the dried fish/stock fish, then add water as you want in the soup, then cook for 10 minutes before adding the pounding yam or cocoyam.
Allow the pounding yam to dissolve for about 10 minutes before adding the snail, crayfish, uziza and utiza leaves and salt to taste.
Cook for another five minutes, then your delicious nsala soup is ready.
Serve with eba, semo, wheat, pounded yam, fufu etc.

Adverts / Re: How I Started From Nothing, And Make 40,000naira Monthly. by Temmie147(m): 6:09am On Dec 02, 2013
doctorborn: LEARN FROM MY SUCCESS STORY AND START MAKING 45,000NAIRA OR MORE LEGALLY EVERY WEEK.

HOW I GAIN FINANCIAL FREEDOM AND I BECOME A RICH AND BIG BOY / GIRL UNDER FEW MONTHS. (You can also become a millionaire like me).

My names are Abayomi Adebayo. I'm a lady of 21years old. I'm from Ibadan but now based in Accra Ghana. I met a guy on facebook in January 2013. His name is Success (This guy is the secret behind my sudden and legal wealth).

We make friends and under few weeks; we became best of friends. I explained my problems to him. How I lost my mom, how I drop out of school all because of money and some other difficulties. He promise to help me and he said he will train me on how to make money legally on the internet.

Few days after; he trained me on how to buy quality goods on the internet at a very cheap price and import them to Nigeria and make good profit. He showed me the A to Z of the business and I was very happy.

I went to all my friends and family to beg for money and I was able to get 5,000naira after 2weeks. I followed his training and I bought 15 original 2gb memory cards @ the rate of 320naira each and I sold them to a phone seller in Iwo road in Ibadan @650naira each. Making 9,750naira (9,750 - 4,800 = 4,950 profit). I was very glad.

The following week; I went to a stylist to borrow me 20,000naira that I will give her 25,000naira the following week but she refused. A friend later gave me 15,000naira and I promise him 20,000naira after 7days. I bought women hair (attachment and wigs). I bought 4packs of different attachments; each containing 5pieces and 2packs of wigs; each containing 8pieces.

The attachment cost me 10,000naira and the wig cost me 14,000naira. I sold the attachment @1,800naira (1,800naira X 20 =36,000naira) and the wig @1,450 (1,450naira X 16 =23,200naira). 36,000naira + 23,200naira = 59,200naira. (59,200 - 24,000 =35,200naira profit all together).

I later move on to the import of cheap and original gold which I am now making times 3 (X3) profit on each product.

Today; I'm a proud owner of my own car; I'm now schooling in Accra, Ghana and also financing my family in Bashorun Ibadan. To God be the glory.

I am here to share the secret of the business with anyone who is interested. Kindly drop ur comment or inbox me if you also want to start the business.
