I want to rely on getting assessment from ACS and, if possible, get points for cloud/DevOps skills too. Firstly, I want to know the right ANZSCO role to apply for as a cloud/DevOps engineer is not specified explicitly on the list. Secondly, I want to know if I can do the Post Australian Study pathway as my degree is closely related to IT.

To begin with, what is your qualification? How many years of experience do you have in your proposed occupation and any previous experience in any occupation.

Your immediate worry should be getting a positive assessment from ACS before thinking of claiming work experience. ACS is known to reduce work experience depending on your qualification and how long you have been in the occupation.

Meanwhile, if you get a positive assessment from ACS with your years of service approved, you can claim the Australian work experience points

EA needs at least the pension or tax for assessment.
Since the company has agreed to pay for the 5 years, let them pay and obtain receipt in your name. Get those receipts confirmed from the state IRS. Thereafter, the company should issue you a signed letter (separate from the reference letter) indicating that they just paid the overdue taxes for you because you need it to process this visa.

What about 2018 to date?

No IRS will give you tax clearance certificate of 2018 in 2021 but u can only get receipts of payment. I'm not so sure if it will be sufficient for work experience assessment.

I only got payslips and an employment letter but I can't get tax clearance or pension slip from the Nigeria company. Although, the company is willing to pay for all those years, but I am concern it will not reflect the years(2013-2018) as it will just be paid this year. Please what can I do?
