@texas Why did you load qsat 23g firmware on it, your qsat is now automatically qsat q23g as far is working since you change the firmware, hope your account has not expired

Look for another lower version, qsat has many lower version try about three different lower version, it will work so keep trying different lower version one after the other

factory reset - setting - system-factory reset then enter
password 0000 click yes
after the factory reset press exit - menu- setting-Ethernet
config- click link type and change it to GPRS-click config
and select ur sim network-exit - goto installation- antenna
setting on satellite choose eutelsat 36 e press ok then move
to down to transponder n select 11747/27500/H press ok
then press ur blue button to scan n change manual scan to
blind scan and press ok

Finally got it working after first downgrading to v6.03 then upgrading to the newest software; i had to do some configurations (editing and adding some transponder settings) because the upgrade wiped off all my channels. Thanks i really appreciate.
