The registration form for JUPEB is obtained towards the end of the training programme by the affiliated institutions for their candidates at a reasonable fee

How is Jupeb Examination Set and How is it Graded?
A mock exam that forms 30% of the total score in each subject is conducted by the institution and forwarded to the board. The Board’s exams take the remaining 70%.
The results issued by the JUPEB are graded like Cambridge A/Level results: A (5 points), B (4 points),C (3 points), D (2 points), E (1 point), F (0 point).
Three subjects are offered by each candidate. Combination of the grades forms the total point that is used as cut-off for the course applied for in a particular institution.
For example, University of Ibadan can say 13 points is the cut-off for Medicine and Surgery. That means, they can only admit candidates with either AAA (15 pts), AAB (14 pts), AAC (13 pts) or ABB (13 pts).

Does Jupeb Examination Results expire after every year?
Like Cambridge A/Level, the results of JUPEB do not expire. You can always use it to apply into same or another institution the following year. Candidates with JUPEB results can apply to JAMB for Direct Entry admission into 200 Level instead of the 100 Level for UTME.
We provide a conducive learning environment and guaranteed admission into any school of choice.

Nairaland / General / Ijmb Registration 2018 by Thachic: 10:41pm On Feb 10, 2018
.Admission! Admission!! Admission!!! Do you know that you can gain direct admission into 200level of any university of your choice through IJMB. What is IJMB? IJMB means (Interim Join Matriculation Board) it's a programme that runs for the period of 9months which is equivalent to two semesters thereby enabling students to study any course of there choice for the period of 9months.

IJMB is also a designed platform through which students gain a direct 200 level admission without JAMB into any university of their choice studying their favorite course

IJMB result is recognised and accepted by most federal universities, state and private universities in Nigeria for a direct 200level admission

A student can register for IJMB with any O/level result be it WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB as well as awaiting result
*IJMB GRADING SYSTEM*
EXCELLENT - A =5 point
VERY GOOD - B. =4 point
GOOD. - C. =3 point
FAIR. - D.=2 point
PASS. - E. =1 point
POOR. - F.=0

A student with combination of subject such as Physics, Chemistry and Biology with grades
Physics – A = 5 Points
Chemistry – B = 4 Points
Biology – c = 3 Points
Total = 12 + 1 (Additional Points)
Since, there is no grade “F” in the result, the IJMB board automatically awards an additional “One Point” to such result. Therefore a student with the grades above can boasts of 13 points in his/her IJMB examination which is enough to study any course of his/her choice in any university.
