Hmmmm… I have not had this experience before so I have no specific advice. But ultimately I know that our lives our ours to live and everything that comes to us in life is temporary. We need to let go , especially of things that are truly gone. If we don’t let go of something’s we will never discover even greater things in store for us. We live and we learn. Nobody has it all together. The most important thing is not your marital or social status but your internal status. Your sense of self , that is not driven by ego, shame or pride. But by equanimity and self acceptance. All things can actually work together for good.
