What I don't always understand is - why is it that, it is at the worst parts of our roads in Lagos (Nigeria) that we have the presence of Government Agencies like LASTMA, FRSC, POLICE, CUSTOMS, IMMIGRATION etc. and yet nothing happens. Is it that these guys don't report the disgraceful state of the roads to the bosses or the Government?
This is why I will never stop for any Road Safety Corp along Mile2-Badagry-Seme road, because there is nothing 'safety' on that road amongst others.
