Here is the update for future enquiries.

I sent a paid email via https://ukvi.mysecurepay.co.uk/Home on October 22nd.
I received a response on October 23rd to take my Passport back to TLS for the amendment of the Visa.
I got a call and email from TLS on October 25th informing me that my Passport is ready for collection.
I picked it up and the visa start date was amended to October 25th, 2024.

I confirmed on my visa application form again. The date I included for the "date you plan to arrive the UK" is November 1st, 2024, and not November 10th.

There is 2 years post study visa for msc and phd but only msc research and phd can bring in dependents.
Public primary/secondary schools are free for kids. University tuition is billed differently. If you are a student I do not think you can afford private primary or secondary school tuition in thousands of pounds monthly so yeah all this information is actually available on the internet.
Probability of getting a job to sponsor your work visa is unknown. Different people, different qualifications, different skills and so will encounter different challenges and situations.
