Shameless Thing.

You're wrong! The majority of Igbos support the motion otherwise it would've ended a long time ago. Mind you this is a family affair, no Fulani or Yoruba can brazenly lay siege of the East. Dem no born Dem well

Exactly!

Once those guys support anything, that thing is doomed!

Trump was said he regretted that he got support from South-East Nigeria. Even GEJ made mention of it after election defeat.

Atiku wrote in his biography that, the root cause of his political woes was getting support from the South-East.

Ok. You guys that have supposedly been winning for making the right decisions how far?
Foreign Affairs / Re: Ali Lamine Zeine: Meet The New Prime Minister Of Niger Republic by THeUNIFIER: 9:57am On Aug 10, 2023
festacman:
Gen Abacha had the seasoned Anthony Ani as Minister of Finance and still fleeced Nigeria. Look, appointing a seasoned economist as figure head Prime Minister doesn't stop Junta from looting. The appointment is PR. Nobody argues with a man holding an AK47.

Soldiers are not trained to govern any country. It is an aberration. Coup plotters don't come with any roadmap to develop the country. Things are done according to whims and caprices of the junta leader. They are accountable to nobody. Besides, coup plotting is a high risk venture and looting the country is usually the dividend.

Soldiers are trained to kill enemies of the country. They give orders and orders are obeyed strictly in line with some rigid hierarchical structure.

Leadership is all about heart, character and sacrifice and it is not peculiar to any position or occupation. Anyone with these qualities can lead. We don't have to FOLLOW a system of government which obviously don't work for us. Don't be whitewashed by western media. Prior to this time, most African tribes elect only the brave and courageous of men to lead them.
Foreign Affairs / Re: Niger Rulers Accuse France Of Freeing ‘Terrorists’, Air Space Breach by THeUNIFIER: 9:55am On Aug 10, 2023
raskymonojendor:

An accusation that France has denied. Niger republic can beg Wagner military contractors (WMC) to help them recapture the terrorists. However, right under the nose of WMC, terrorists and jihadists have taken over half of Mali cheesy

Don't be manipulated man. The west are against the progress of Africa for obvious reasons. We are nothing more than cash cows to be brutally milked till we run dry.

The Nigeria judiciary will follow the law and deliver their judgement in line with the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria
God bless President Bola Tinubu

Mumu pikin. Your president is in flock with some of the most fantastically corrupt individuals in the history of this country yet your major concern is subduing the cries of oppression.

Efforts in futility.

U Yorubas never cease to amaze me. The question Atiku is asking isnt whether a certain Tinubu (which could be anyone) attended the university but the bio data of such. This info will contain a photograph of the person, gender, date of birth amongst other things. Wouldn't you like to know about the man you've been cheering for years?

Atiku is just wasting all the stolen money he acquired while being vice president. The Americans will swoop on him. He will pay heavy fines for needless lawsuits.

The past general election has made me call into questioning the intelligence of the so called sophisticated tribe on Earth! Shame no dey catch una or are Yorubas inherently shameless? Stop complaining about everything.
You expected everyone to benefit from it before? Where's that done on Earth?

Why are you APC supporters bereft of good judgement? The important question you should be asking is how do they intend to distribute these? What metric is being used? Are the 3000 bags of rice meant for 3000 homes or more? Will they be enough? Is the program sustainable or is this mere propaganda?

My intellect surmounts that of your f00lish tribe as shown in the past presidential election; from the butt sniffing Wole Soyinka to ya cursed, poverty stricken, ewedu munching
bastard of a father. You Yaribas are astronomically overrated, or more like intellectually slow and out of touch with reality otherwise you would've known that as with all things only you cone headed BATstards are rallying behind the powder sniffing criminal, cheering mediocrity at every step of the way. Politics / Re: Niger: Be Careful, Don't Start What You Cannot Finish - Bode George To Tinubu by THeUNIFIER: 3:50am On Aug 05, 2023
DeOTR:

He who pays the piper dictates the tone. Niger is literally the 37th states in Nigeria, so whatever happens there is our problem.
If things go South for the country with this dictator in power, it's still Nigeria that'll bear the financial brunt.

If I were to be the President, I'll start building a China-like great wall along our border with Niger and Chad and man it with men ready to shoot trespassers at sight. Since the people are happy with soldiers in government, they should enjoy their country.
The poverty in that country is causing a refugee crisis in Nigeria already. Most of these people we call Hausas are actually Nigeriens. They only get to learn Hausa on arrival.

1. The so called democratically elected leaders are responsible for the pitiful state of the country today
2. The Nigeriens are actually in support of this. It would've been a different case if they weren't. Do you think America would've cared if they were killed instead by this same military while they were marching out in peaceful protests? Your answer is as good as mine.
3. We have our hands full with insurgency from IPOB, BOKO, etc to want to send our troops far away from home.
4. We've been told that there's no money for subsidizing education, petroleum products and electricity, yet there seems to be enough for war.
5. This war is a power tussle between NATO and Russia. The French got kicked out to let the Russians in and America isn't happy about that. They fear Russia's influence may spread if left unchecked whereby many Africans may begin to abolish their democratic system of governance.
6. PBAT should be more concerned about reinforcing our borders and not directly invading Niger which I don't think he's thought of the consequences to come. For instance, Russia might assist the Nigeriens forces in crippling our economy by bombing pipelines or important infrastructures. We know how porous our borders are.
7. We stand to lose more if the Russia backed Nigeriens decide to retaliate and trust me when I say we're already too divided to want this.
8. PBAT is more concerned about pleasing the international community than listening to his own people. The Nigerian army is mostly made up of northerners, many of which are originally from Niger which in itself is problem.
9. America doesn't mean well for Africa! They stand to profit from this by selling weapons and ammunitions to the ECOWAS side of the conflict.

Niger does not have what it takes to stand ECOWAS.
Also I don't want this war on Niger, they are trying to find a govt that will suit them, but I seriously don't want them to think a military dictator is better than a democratic govt.

I think they have to look for a voice in Democracy than settling for military rule

Na my problem with una be this. Why not allow the citizens of the country decide their fate? Una house dey on fire but na outside own una wan help put out... No be craze be that?

That said, I'm heartbroken when I see the victims of these crooks serenade them to the high heavens. These men do not give a hoot about you, just their pockets, ass licking won't change that. Dumbo, the IGR isn't a qualitative metric for measuring growth and development. The HDI is much suited for that.

Africans wake up and smell the coffee. These westerners want to keep y'all in line to maintain the status quo. You never see them reprimand erring leaders who steal to develop their white supremacists countries but as soon as the victims of their cunning demand for positive change, they introduce falsehoods and propaganda to thwart their efforts.

Tinubu is an international criminal whose numerous records are in the FBI's archives. It is delusional of you to expect big things from a man whose history and track records centers in larceny.

Utterly unbelievable! Your hypocrisy stinks to the high heavens. If you so believe that the FG is deserving of the large monetary allocations thrown their way despite their claim of cash shortage to subsidize education, electricity and petroleum products then why was the SW at the forefront in suffering GEJ to indignation under the guise of clamoring for good governance when we had it good?! The Tinubu led administration claims it has no money to take care of its employers but brazenly display their penchant for extravagance. Where is the logic in that?

Now regarding your post, I think it is hypocritical of the present administration to demand patience and sacrifice from the impoverish populace while they themselves feed fat from the treasury. Why not cut the cost of governance and allocate the money to areas benefitting all?
