Business / Re: Availability Of A Loan Of =n=3m by Tiekam: 10:52pm On Sep 01, 2008
This forum seems to be limited and limiting! The man says he wants a loan to do his business and all he gets is advice as to how to clip his wings! Whose money built the Titanic? the Air plane? If we all start small when do we get big?

If your plan is good enough it will attract an avalanche of funds. The oil man says you should come. He needs the money.

Try City Code Savings and loans if you have collateral. They can be very helpful. They are at Investment House, CMS.

Goldlink. This is a great post. Sounds like "The Richest Man in Babylon". The discipline to make the savings and then to resist the temptation to spend it is really the problem. Perhaps a way out of the problem is to form cooperatives or investment clubs where like minded people, working with banks, stockbroking firms and/or other regulated institutions, can pool resources together, encouraging one another to achieve their wealth generation dreams through savings and investment.

It will help your case if you let us know what you need the loan for
Business / Re: Firstinland Bank Sapphire Flash Club by Tiekam: 3:37am On Aug 23, 2008
Please do not throw your money away on this scam. There are thieves along the line who will steal your downlines. The staff of Inland Bank are not very conversant with the programme. If you discuss with 5 different guys, you will be lucky to have 3 of them tell you the same thing about how it works.

I started it with enthusiasm only to find too many problems with it. Only Firstinland and the thieves in the system benefit from it.

Beware!!!
Investment / Re: This Is The Best Time To Buy/invest In The Stock Market by Tiekam: 3:31am On Aug 23, 2008
Ben, I will love to come over to Mission and make some investments. I could also transfer from some houses to yours.

My main drivers would be:

1. Your public spirit and membership of this forum
2. The possibility of my getting margin account.

Could you assure me of the margin facility if I come to open an account thrugh Mission?

Regards

This is bad.

I believe you have the receipt and any other documents, e.g. contract note they gave you. Please take these to the Stock exchange building at Customs Street, Tinubu, Lagos and ask for the DG's office where you should lodge your complaint.

NSE has a duty to assist you, being the regulatory agency whose dury is the protect you and me from thieves parading themselves as stock brokers.

Best ISP? That would depend on a lot of factors. What are you looking at? Speed? Reliability, Price? Download capacity? portability?

I presently use Starcoms EVDO which I find useful for my needs. I have used a few others and would say that a lot more than the foregoing will need to be considered to determine which is the "best" ISP.
Business / Re: N3m To Invest: Any Bright Idea Or Partnership? by Tiekam: 10:47pm On Aug 21, 2008
When I consider the scale to which real estate business can climb, I must say that mine is low level. We are property developers mainly dealing in the Lekki corridor on fast moving small scale properties. We are not selling for now. Hence the 20 year corridor.

For this specific investment, we are building some mini flats and we hold the lease on some of the flats for 20 years. After 20 years, the property reverts to the land owner.

You will enjoy this. And who knows, you may wish to become a developer too.

Please contact me on sledge53@gmail.com if you wish to explore this investment option.

Cheers
