"Please know that we are unable to issue a refund in this regard.
Guest are required to pay the rescheduling fee of N1,000 at the terminal for the ticket to be issued.
Please know that unused tickets are valid for 30 days from the date booking was made, which can either be rescheduled for another date or rerouted for another destination within the routes we ply.

well what u will do is to look for the variance between how much u paid them and the exact salary for November and then deduct it from their December Salary , when the affected staff complaint the explaination should be over payment of November Salary.
