Some things in this story no just suppose be.

A female police officer that her name is Angel

How is that even possible?

Tell her to be careful

She should go with 4 SANs and 6 landlords just incase

Na red flag be that. Police officer named Angel inviting you to the station. Na set up.
Family / Re: Police Invitation; What Could Go Wrong At The Police Station? by Timoleon(m): 11:35am On Mar 05
The write up positions the 'wife' as a victim, the husband and his family as terrible people, my question is why is she hell bent on staying in the marriage? Perhaps the writeup isn't telling us the truth.

As regards the actual question, I do not have any trust or love for the Nigerian police. She should get a lawyer to accompany her to the station. She has to honor the invitation for her own sake and that of her family, it might just be where they finally grind out their differences and become a better couple

It's a shame that more than 50yrs, Africa still depends on European AIDS for survival.... smh

Africa doesn't depend on foreign aid to survive. The aid us for African leaders and their chronies. That's payment for their complacency in allowing a western countries loot raw materials at prices lower than cheap.

Everything you own as an average African, you worked for. It's our politicians who become billionaires after resuming office because whatever monies they get from bretton woods belongs in their private pockets.

A typical example is this article we are on. The finance minister wants the president to reject the will of people to fulfill the desires of their bretton woods masters.

Offpoint1:
They are. Once they heard price of dollar has increased, these folks will automatically increase the prices of items. I keep wondering if Naira is Nigeria currency or dollar.

The one I can't fathom till date is garri. No part of garri processing involves dollar, but the price keeps skyrocketing.

When I entered Lagos 2018, a paint rubber of garri was sold N400. How it becomes N2500 today I don't understand.

Foreign Affairs / Re: 'It Will Be Nuclear War If The West Send Ground Troops To Ukraine' - Putin by Timoleon(m): 4:36pm On Feb 29
frankson1:

Ask yourself why Russia hasn't been invaded even with all the crimes the West claimed Putin has committed.

Either many of them don't understand it or are too brainwashed to see it. What separates north Korea, China, Russia and Iran from Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria Libya etc is the clear ability of the former (north Korea China Russia and Iran) to inflict massive damage on any opponent.

Saddam Hussein kept saying he didn't have weapons if mass destruction, yet they still invaded and killed him. Gaddafi gave up his chemical weapons and dropped his nuclear plans, yet they invaded and killed him. They accused Al Assad of killing his people they invaded Syria too. Kim however shows to the world day in day out that he truly has weapons of mass destruction. China has several nuclear war heads a really large naval fleet too. Russia reminds them daily that their nuclear war heads are always active. Iran by itself despite not being allowed to develop nuclear weapons, has one of the most sophisticated missile technologies in the world. Their ICBMs of course are not what usa and the west are not familiar with. The USA can name every armed group in the world 'iranian backed terrorist group' one thing is evident though, their reluctance to attach Iran directly. Because these are countries capable of causing real damage.

What's unusual about it?

We live in a country where there a combination of commodity hoarders and panic buyers. He probably bought the fuel during a scarcity from black market dealers rather than go wait on a queue with a rolls Royce

It's very simple.

The poster's sister was arrantly careless. Unlocked phone, unlocked apps which include the Opay.

Now this is what he did...after he stole the phone, he accessed the Opay app which would be definitely unlocked and tied to the number of the phone...he simply changed the password and Opay sends and OTP to the same phone which he copies and viola, he has full access.

After creating the card, he used the same changed password to withdraw all the funds.

did he change the zenith bank app password?.to transfer from zenith bank, he needs a password. The story doesn't add up.

I wanted to ask d same question. Cos I know you need a password/biometric access to open a bank app. Also you need a pin to send money after confirming that account number and amount on the bank app.

My first thinking when reading the headline is "another cooked up story to demonize opay'
