I have a friend who is an upcoming actor but who has a well good taste for quality, good stories, crisp clear pictures, good editing and so on.
He is looking to be shooting skits and short films constantly, as frequently as twice a week and needs someone who is well talented that can handle the shooting, the editing, the costumes, etc.
The earlier he get someone / a team who can competently handle this, the sooner he starts to shoot.

You are the ones who needs those lessons cos you surely have nothing up there about what decency is. If you are not cut for the job, walk away and stop insulting an employer, which you are not. If you think its easy to do a business in this country, open one and pay salaries and then u'd understand no one is enslaving anyone, at least not this one in question that wants to pay 40k for a secretary. The pay is appropriate and i surely have called attentions to it for those who need a job related to the advertised one.

Sincerely the person have not asked for much, he / she is only trying to be sincere which most of us dont like. I have held few interviews myself in the past and i tell you its not a good experience to be in. It was for a post of a media publicist and a lot of the people that turned up are not even confident on their computer skills, all they said was i can try and would learn fast. Most dont even know how to try official letters and all. So i am sure if i was to advertise for a post myself, i would be explicit and spell it out so that i dont spend 4 hours doing interview for 30 applicants and not even 1 was employable. Its really that bad and yet if you ask that same, dont know anything applicant the salary expectation from a new company that has not even started, you would hear things like "Sir, i think i would be comfortable with a start of at least 85,000 naira"

A lot of you dont even have parents that have even a small office that pays any of its staffs 40k monthly and you come here and just type anything to discredit someone who wants to employ. Even if na 12k monthly, na work and na pay. Oga start your own company and pay each of your staffs 100k, no one is stopping you. All your type wants is collect 120k salary and in few months the company folds up and you move away to another job. If you cant apply, stay away and let the one of us still looking for anyhow job get employed. Just got tired of you people on every posts because its not Zenith bank or Guinness recruiting, so it becomes slavery. Idiots.
