that would be opera MOBILE 12 not mini; the most recent version of operamini for symbian is 7.1, go to the opera.com and download operamobile for s60 instead; Opera mobile is nice and pretty powerful but unless you're using one of the higher end symbian phones you're better off without it. you can't change the ram on a phone, that's one way it's different from a pc. If you absolutely must have a device with more ram you'll have to buy another phone.
This of course is different from changing the memory card on your phone.
