The list has been removed from the site
They will publish a new list with a new date for interview

• Be Commonwealth citizens, refugees, or British protected persons
• Be permanently resident in a Commonwealth country other than the
United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man
• Be available to commence their academic studies in the United
Kingdom by the start of the UK academic year in September/October
• Hold, by October, a first degree of upper second class
Honours standard (or above); or a second class degree and a relevant
postgraduate qualification, which will normally be a Master’s degree

This is an annual Scholarship offer by the UK Commonwealth for developing commonwealth countries
It is for those who want to do the Masters and PhD in the UK
Application for it is usually through the Federal Scholarship Board which is the nominating agency for Nigerian. But you have to apply online using the website of the UK Commonwealth, print out the document and take it for the interview in Abuja.
Information for next round (2013) will be available on the website starting from July and the interview is usually around the first week December
There is also a shared commonwealth scholarship...............application for this one is usually through the UK university

The list of those selected for the 2012 UK Commonwealth Scholarship is out
13 Nigerians were selected, 1 was place on priority waiting list, while 2 are on waiting list

The result of those selected for the 2012 award by the UK Commonwealth is out since April...........
