Great nigeria student! I just have this submission and I will like if we all as intellect view this critically! I believe we all who know the essence for the youth corp service had since been defeated and recently crushed when the right to serve at organizations and earn prospect has been stripped to just serving at ministry or teaching! What then is the essence of service! I might be thinking too much or having problem, but I think it is a means of diluting a student,stripping us of that radicalism and determining power: how do I mean, a student who spent four five years in school, learn a lot of confusing, un applicable things and graduating and looking for a place to at least apply the little; don't let's forget we learn struggle and hustle too, a tactic our nation needs dearly for survivor, but we get sent to a village to forget all we learned and later we are declared unemployable...d five years we spent in school, which was mostly to get good grade is later summarized as unemployable!what an insult! I believe it is not any student fault but what our government want. what are we serving again after the indirect service we rendered to our lecturers and school which indirectly affects the economy if we could apply them! This might be too much thinking but even though I didn't get to express it well, I believe NYSC is a tactic against an average student so I implore all youth in the house, don't loose yourself to the country service, rather, loose yourself to your service so that, even if they say you are unemployable, you will be innovative and creative to success. Stop building this country, build your nation and when your nation serve this country there will be hallelujah choruses everywhere and your name will be written on walls. Thanks
