Washington (CNN) -- The Transportation Security Administration announced Sunday that it will begin enhanced screening procedures Monday on any U.S.-bound air passenger traveling through "state sponsors of terrorism or other countries of interest" such as Pakistan, Yemen and Nigeria.
The TSA said in a statement announcing the new measures that "effective aviation security must begin beyond our borders."
A senior government official, not authorized to speak on the record, provided CNN with the full list of 14 countries that fall under the TSA's "countries of interest" label -- which will automatically trigger the enhanced screening.
The State Department lists four countries as those that sponsor terror: Cuba, Sudan, Syria and Iran. The other 10 countries of interest are Afghanistan, Algeria, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia and Yemen, the government official said.
Another source, a senior State Department official who could not speak on the record due to the sensitive nature of the material, said the countries on the list are places "where we have concerns, particularly about al Qaeda affiliates."
The official said the State Department was heavily involved in compiling the list, along with Department of Homeland Security and other intelligence agencies. The State Department compiles the annual "Patterns of Global Terrorism" report, which details terrorism trends in countries around the world.
Passengers from other countries could still face enhanced security for other reasons.

The TSA says air travel to the United States through "state sponsors of terrorism or other countries of interest" will trigger enhanced screening. A senior government official says 14 countries fall under that label:

Unlike many TSA security directives, this one does not have an expiration date and is intended to be "sustainable and long term," although the TSA will continually evaluate the mandate in light of intelligence, a federal counterterrorism official told CNN.
The TSA said any person flying into the United States who is "traveling from or through nations that are state sponsors of terrorism or other countries of interest will be required to go through enhanced screening."
The TSA did not elaborate on what those enhanced security procedures might entail. The directive was issued to domestic and international air carriers.
In addition, the directive also keeps in place a mandate -- issued after an attempted Christmas Day terror attack on a U.S.-bound flight -- giving pilots discretion to prevent passengers from keeping pillows and blankets on their laps during certain international flights, the official said. Also retained is the option for pilots to limit movement in the cabin on those international flights.
Federal authorities have charged Umar Farouk AbdulMutallab, 23, of Nigeria, in connection with the failed Christmas Day attack on a flight between the Netherlands and Detroit, Michigan. Authorities have said he tried to detonate explosives hidden in his underwear as the flight made its final approach to Detroit. The device failed to fully detonate, instead setting off a fire at his seat

Passengers flying into the United States from Nigeria, Yemen and other “countries of interest” will be subject to enhanced screening techniques, such as body scans and pat-downs, the US Transportation Security Administration said.

Starting today, all passengers on US-bound international flights will be subject to random screening. Airports are also directed to increase “threat-based” screening of passengers who may be acting in a suspicious manner.

In addition, anyone travelling from or though nations regarded as state sponsors of terrorism – as well as “other countries of interest” – will be required to go through enhanced screening.

The TSA said those techniques include full-body pat-downs, carry-on bag searches, full-body scanning and explosive detection technology.

The State Department lists Cuba, Iran, Sudan and Syria as state sponsors of terrorism.

The other countries whose passengers will face enhanced screening include Afghanistan, Algeria, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia and Yemen.

Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, the Nigerian man who allegedly tried to set off an explosive device aboard a Northwest airliner on Christmas Day, told US investigators he received training and instructions from al Qaida operatives in Yemen.

The TSA said the ability to enforce the new security measures is the “result of extraordinary cooperation from our global aviation partners”.

Killing spiritual children. That we have distorted other people’s words to look good by means of lies and underhandedness.That we put blame and suspicion on others, dominated, intimidated and manipulated others,didn’t obey Your Word, discouraged others, lead others into uncomfortable situations, pride, arguments and tantrums. We repent being used by the Jezebel spirit to accuse others falsely, cause bitterness, criticize, humiliate, desire material wealth to put us or others in financial difficulties, practice sexual immorality, intimidate by means of fear, bring bondages on others, control others through a religious mask of knowledge, secretive works to impress, unique experiences and super spirituality, have anger outbursts and subsequently create confusion, step on people to get what we want and focus the lime light on our self instead of on You by saying it’s about You but we must get the attention.

Father, we repent of the abuse of authority, criticism, causing others to feel like failures, deceiving others by adding tales that are not the truth, breaking others down to hide own incapability, changing what You have said to adapt to own desires for that specific time and day and then prove it with Scriptures. Manipulation through withholding sex or humiliating our partner’s abilities to break them down while putting others in captivity of isolation and depression, not allowing others to be released in their Spiritual callings, using tears to soften people and thereby getting our own ways and humiliating others by using Your Word as a weapon.

Talking too much and always wanting to be the centre of every group of people, having anger outbursts, bringing confusion and destruction, being a “twister and turner”, creating tension in close relationships, being a manipulator on stages to captivate audiences and making people believe things that are not Scriptural.

These are occult powers, compromise, idolatry, immorality, domination, intimidation, manipulation and false religion by ignoring Your discipline and not having respect for You! Father we acknowledge these cords of satan in us, in the Bride, our nation and in our government. We take the Sword of the Spirit to sever these cords, in the Name of Messiah Yeshua! Please cleanse us from these sins and iniquities!

We curse these fruits of satan in our lives with death and ask You to deliver us, in Messiah Yeshua’s Name! We break every curse of a bed of anguish and suffering, down-heartedness,utmost judgement, death, humiliation and unclothedness, slavery, senility, homosexuality, cancer, schizophrenia, divorce, female domination, male domination, incest, blasphemy, loss of children, loss of marriage partner, disaster, destruction or evil, loneliness and desolation, witchcraft and persecution! The More !!!

God was saying to me, (and this has been a growing knowing on my
part), that it's up to me whether I walk in all that He has for
me. I had been complaining to Him for years about "promises" that
He has made to me specifically and how distant they were to me
still after all of this time. I felt like I'd been wasting My time
trying to get anywhere other than where I'd already been. "It's up
to you God," I had been saying to Him. And He had said nothing; He
had let me rant on.

Now He has been saying to me:

Are you finished yet? You blame Me for what is your own doing. It's
always been there for you, yes you have had to grow into it. No child
is ready for adult responsibility or privilege. The "more" is not
like salvation. It is a part of grace and mercy, but not quite that
easy. It is not altogether a free gift because it requires something
from you--it is to be attained; it is to be pursued, pressed into.

It really is the beginning of the race; it will take all of the fruits
in operation because it is a severe thing. You cannot be playing games
with Me, thinking that you will enter into this room. I exercise
extreme discretion in this, because it is a severe thing. To not be
able to handle this could cause you great harm, and I am not willing
to let you suffer from your own ignorance.

Not it is time for you to make a decision based on a full understanding
of what this will cost and profit both of us, and the reality of how
things are in My kingdom. This is not for everyone, even though it is
available to everyone. There is a degree of commitment and service
that some will never come to.

How much of Me do you really want?

It is going to cost you a proportionate share of you. I have been
patiently teaching you, putting you in the right place at the right
time. You have storehouses that you have not even started to realize.

Yes you want what I have, but know this: I want what you have. I have
placed valuable gifting in you, and My plan has always included you.
It's time for your plan to involve Me, to go my way, to accomplish My
purposes. Now you know the cost, and the decision to enter into that
room is strictly up to you. I won't push you into it; you must move
yourself into it. You must overcome the parts of your flesh that hold
you back.

You do have the intestinal fortitude to do this thing. May I remind you
of other areas that you have overcome? I am waiting for a response
from you. The time is of the essence, I'll not hold this door open
forever, it's not that kind of an offer. This is for those that have an
awareness of the times, and how things are going from this time on.

More light will come as you spend time, serious dedicated time with Me
and My word. This is not to be taken lightly, there will be an expected
response from you with great blessing and great responsibility. You have
been created for a purpose--My purpose--and now is the time to go that
way.

I say amen to all that has been said about the waves. I have been shown a hugh tsumani wave sweeping across the world, across the church. It swept away all that had gone before it. The Lord said to run into the wave, not away from it, run into all that God is doing.



Tsunami wave of the Holy Spirit - 1st August, 2009

In the vision/prophecy the Holy Spirit said: there is a Tsunami wave of the Holy Spirit coming to the church world wide - the glory of the Lord is to be released. Run into it, not away from it! Don't be afraid of it, because no man can push it back. Yes, it will knock down your walls and it will sweep away all that went before it, and it will spread over the land. Get into the waves, let it sweep over you. It will come to every nation, every tribe and every tongue.

I saw myself in the waves, absolutely soaked, and calling others to come into the waves.

The Holy Spirit said, I want you to decree it, then stand back and wait. You can do nothing but decree it, proclaim it, welcome it, share it and wait for it.
