I suffered from severe sciatica pains right from 6weeks (Imagine waddling when pregnancy never even start),I can’t do anything without being in pain because all my nerves were weak and sore. I practically hear my joints creak at every single movement. It was painful.
I told God to please, compensate me with the easiest and fastest labor ever because in all honesty, I deserve the compensation.
I have been having constant contractions Abi na Braxton kicks for many weeks prior to today. So when at some minutes past 3am, this contraction started, I knew this is not the usual game. It got intense that I started vomiting and this was my cue because same thing happened with my first and I gave birth few hours later.
We got to the hospital at 5:30 am, was checked and 7cm dilated. That alone gave me joy. At 6:54, I pushed my angel out, weighing 3.7kg without tears (another big compensation) I had an episiotomy with my first and she weighed 4kg. Glory be to God!

This same day, 2019, I gave birth to my first daughter. It’s surreal that my girls get to share the same birth date.?It wasn’t planned. The pregnancy happened when it wanted to, and my babies chose when they want to come.
So, while I’m celebrating a child for turning 3, I welcomed another. Praise the Lord!

I pray and declare that to the expectant moms, you’d deliver your bundles of joy with great testimonies in Jesus name. You all shall celebrate in Jesus name.

I have been induced twice for two pregnancy, and I can say both times were first cos from beginning Till having my babies took like maximum of 6hours both times....But for d pain Hmmmmmm, though I can compare with natural labour as i have never fall into labour naturally. I requested to be medically induced when I have passed the two due dates given to me by scan. That fateful day around 2pm I jejely carried myself to the hospital because hubby was not around and I didn't even want to tell anyone for fear of discouragement cos I already zero my mind. I was induced around 2p.m in the afternoon, after the induced I insisted on going home to eat and rest since the hospital is a stone throw to my house. I started having on and off contraction after 4p.m and after eating, I showered and walk down to the.hospital around 7p.m. The nurse on duty tested me and said I have a long way to go na so I mellow and lie down on the bed. At exactly 8:30 pm, I had this very sharp pain down my tummy and from there serious labour started ooo. My sister I went to heaven and came back but I thank God for his mercies because I gave birth around 10:21pm that same night.

Two things helped me
1. I zeroed my mind that pain na pain o because my tired is already tired.
2. God's grace and mercy.

My own induction experience with my first took about 2 hours because I was already 6cm but not dilating any further for many hours, but in that short time, I saw stars, them no dey describe am.

Try ‘nipple shield’. He should believe he’s sucking from the bottle with that.

I had skin tag with my first pregnancy, neck and face. My baby was over 2yrs before I started seeing little changes. Got pregnant and they came back in multiple folds. I started taking pregnacare max towards the end of first trimester and those tags were falling off. No single one on my face and neck and normally, my neck gets extremely dark in pregnancy, but the glow I’ve been glowing, is unbelievable. If it’s affordable, go for it.

Well I'm 37 weeks today and baby is XX but I need to get some things. Money is a big factor and my last pregnancy so I'm not enthusiastic in buying things.
Like Is new Iron wrapper and Oja necessary or should use the old one I used for last baby? New plastic drawer or to use the one I used for two children. To get new bath set or use the ones at home? Since it's a 1st girl child , I bought clothes flannel, shawl , caps and baby bed, all new.

I haven’t bought a pin myself and at this time in my last pregnancy, I was set. Packing and unpacking hospital bag every single day that hubby was sure of where to find me when he returns home from work but this pregnancy, it’s been by grace. The will is not there because I can barely get out of bed and I think the unknown gender contributes to it as I cannot spend plenty money on cute dresses only for a boy to show face. I have been praying for the baby’s cooperation at my next scan or I should just change the center I’m using.
Our joy will be to the fullest in Jesus name.

I have a concern please, my areola is very big and hard that the nipples are not showing at all. Fine, I have inverted nipples but it wasn't this way with my first pregnancy. There is no way baby can suck on them if it stays this way. Even hubby is amazed at how much the change is.
When I lay on my back, it just stay on its own creating this line or circle that clearly separates it from the remaining breast. I don’t even know how to put it into words to the doctor.

I took first dose and was refused taking second dose because I was like 5weeks pregnant then. My husband was angry when they refused and insisted it’s directive to not him give pregnant women. My sis in the US was specifically ordered by her doctor to get the vaccine before her next appointment. I just don’t understand the different situations

EDD is 6th, gender not confirmed cos baby no dey stay one place at every scan visit. I am hoping for another girl sha as my 2 yrs old is already shouting “baby sister ” up and down.

Thank you mama for your concern I do really appreciate it. I am NOT aiming for baby to not add weight o *who does that by the way*(that’s like saying the baby should not grow). I am only trying to not “eat for 2” and be a glutton like I did with my first pregnancy, I eat when I’m hungry and there’s always fruit snacking in between. The keynote as you mentioned, is to eat NEEDED nutrients for baby’s growth and mother’s wellness.
What brought about the Lipton was that, I’ve been sick with the weather situation, that I totally lost my appetite and something had to go into my tummy. Feeling better already and was able to eat something this morning.

Hmmm, I remember the day I took it with no milk, I had severe heart palpitations and was restless all through the night because I was running away from milk.
Which “tea” is safe for pregnancy please, excluding chocolate beverages? I just want something liquid and hot but not plain water.

I’m in my 25th week but suddenly have no appetite coupled with sore throat. My first baby weighed 4kg and I had serious tear so, I have been extra extra careful with what I eat and the quantity since the beginning of this pregnancy.
It’s just the only thing that could go through my throat.

I dont think Lipton is caffeinated( caffeine should be taken at the barest minimum if it cant be avoided) though some people claim it doesnt make them sleep if taken. If it doesnt affect you; keep taking it. I took tea alot in my first trimester too. Note that sugar and milk is fattening,can add to baby's weight and also increase risk of gestational DM. So,just add little creme and sugar to taste if you cant avoid it totally. Regardless of how uncomfortable pregnancy is; the joy is worth it

I’ve been having this same problem with my left hip and pelvic area. It’s like I’m in my third trimester only on a side, to get up from a lying position is war and I waddle while walking. I can’t even put all into words. Doctor said, it’s the baby putting pressure there. Pressure at 6 weeks? 14 weeks now and it’s still there.
