Doctor's in the house.... Good morning!
I had an infection I think cos my jaw was swollen abit,a friend told me probably one of my lymph was out or something... took beecham ampiclox but it only went down abit, I've been taken the drug for like 5days now
but I'm feeling stomach pain along side now ,what can I do?

As a final concession, The portal would be reopened today (5-apr-2016) till tomorrow (6-apr-2016) midnight for Exam centre selection and printing of exam cards. Applicants should please note that those who fail to select their centers or print their cards within this period would not be reconsidered any longer

Not at all, OP.
You need a minimum of 4.0 in your 100 Level, and at least 4.7 consistently in your remaining semesters to reach first class.
You can aim for second class upper though, for that you need a minimum of 4.5 in your remaining semesters.

I really need your advice nairalanders and experienced people that has passed through the university life before.
I just finished my 100llevel and my CGPA is 3.14,I don't know if there's any probability I can still be in first class before 400level,if yes can it be highlighted please?

Oga sir,I don't think so cos you'll be dropped by credentials cos you shldnt be more than 21 yrs by September 2016 where as you'll be 21yrs and some months by dat September.You can opt for what I said earlier if truely u want NDA.

Well if I could really get what you said,You're over aged for Airforce
i'll advice you opt in for NAVY AND ARMY
that's d only option left.

No chance at all,cos even if you make it to the board,you'll be screened out during credentials
The only option left for you is to maybe write another O'level exam and GET a new date of birth certificates if truely you wanna apply.
