I got my personality test link 2 days after taking the psychometric. There is nothing to worry about regarding what the personality test is like since what they wanted to know is your kind of person, situation as it applies to you which I believe would be matched with the requirements of the position they are considering you for. You also have the privilege to download the analyzed report after the assessment which will also give you understanding of who you are.

no am not, I have years of banking experience and i also apply but yet to hear from them.

I dont think they've called anyone for interview, let's just keep our fingers crossed and be hopeful.

Was contacted 3 weeks ago by FBN HR official, he said I didn't provide my state of origin, which I later gave to him, since then, nothing!

when did u apply, are u presently working with firstbank as a contract staff because I was made to believe that d job opening is ment for first bank contract staffs to be converted to regular staff. Pls sheld more light

Hi everyone, sorry I've been off for some time now. I really have no reason for the absence but it just happened. I've responded to quite a number of enquiries sent to my mail box and at least chatted with one person on watsapp. For those that went a step further in the process, Congrats. For those who haven't please keep hope alive. The process is still on. During my absence I sent fresh CVs twice.
