Dear I believe you. Lets drop all these, focus on the reason we are all here, keep learning and catch the fun that comes with it. cool
As for PM, that's absolutely unnecessary cos I don't PM or reply PMs except on very rare cases. Not pride, just my thing.
Thanks for the clarification anyway.

no problem sis. that's why i said if u dont mind. i am also like u with privacy.
d most important thing is for us to try and exhibit maturity in our dealings with others.

Me never read that rule anyway but the issue, like you said is logging in with both or all monikers to be commenting and replying oneself at the same time. Looks like 'esteem' thing.
Mcy I am not d same individual as sir onegentleguy. am a young woman. pls stop directing ridicule to that bros. he is a very different and unique human being. he even told me yesterday to avoid replying to any post on this matter despite the attitudinal display here, but I decided to reply u after seeing that ur initial post to him was not of d intention to ridicule. d like&share talk is because i have been one of his ardent followers since joining this place. i always read n like his post once i log in and see my 'following', and then share d ones i feel i might need to refer back to in future.
if u are truly a woman like me, send me a private mail with ur phone no(if u don't mind) lets have a chat. then i will convince u without a doubt and u will end up been regretful of ur false assumption. honestly if u know that bros, u wouldn't act d way u do. he's a very very nice person.
so stop joining issues with d few men here who have decided to behave like women. lets be more mature.
expecting ur mail.

The real issue is with the areas where more of these cost (debt) has been aligned to.
In principle, an increasing debt even above acceptable threshold is NOT bad. ...as long as it's been properly utilized.
There has to to be a workable structure in place to neutralize any impact from the cost of funding debt.
Japan has the world's highest debt to GDP ratio, but is about the most SOLVENT and financially effective country/economy in the world !! ...because they have a workable structure in place !!
Nigeria needs to as a matter of urgency become more proactive in aligning the core of these debts with funding production, infrastructural spend (capex) and key drivable sectors of the economy. ...this is the only way to have a fiscal policy in place that can reflect positively in the larger economy. This is the only way to get our economy working again !!

The problem is with the dumb leaders and economic managers/advisers we have in place today.

May God continue to be with us !!

I have a good book that will provide you with a good foundation in analysing company results which you can build upon as you read further.

It's written in such a way that anybody even if you have never seen a financial report in your life can not only read and understand but begin to do routine analysis of financial reports.

If you are interested just shoot me an email and I will forward it to you free.
Infinitisi:
I have another book by the same organisation which covers Technical Analysis. It covers the basics though when you finish you won't be as good as our gurus BBM and fxuser but it gives you a good foundation you can build on. If you are interested in this one shoot me a mail and I will send it.

After reading it you can now follow up with "Japanese Candlestick Charting Techniques" by Steve Nison which I am currently reading. It's a very good book and you can download it on pdfdrive dot com.

Sir pls send me both books. My e-mail is omotolaad@gmail.com

@ Yayira pls try to pay less attention to MINOT matters.
Am sure u should understand why. ...this things happen.

Let me tell u what I learnt from an old man recently;
He said: Sinclair, in the midst of every situation, ALWAYS remember that it takes more than one person to make an argument and more than ur person, to deter ur goals.
...and when I asked what he meant, he said: when u pay LESS attention to arguments that are not in line with ur vision, ur mission will remain will INTACT.

For some folks, u can't change the way they think. ...peoples attitude will tend to always reflect the way they perceive things.
They live on the lifeless assumption that someone else is me. But anyone is free to assume things in their head.
...for as long as its done without a recourse to insult or ridicule, it DOESN'T bother me at all.
When ur conscious is clear, ur MINDSET will be well ALIGNED.
My FOCUS here is to grow my investment portfolio, improve on my financial know-how and help as many as I can in that line.
...every other thing is inconsequential !!

Good one Sir. thanks for the feedback!!!

...and less I forget, ADD that to this brief rundown;

-AIICOs current P/BV is approx 0.49.
...the interpretation of this is that should the asset of the company be spilt and sold off today, an investor will get N1 for every 49k invested. Which would translate to an approx 104% ROI.
- The near 93% growth in EPS from 14k to 27k over H1 2017/2018.
...by inference, this means that the company(AIICO) has already made close to 90% of its earnings for 2017 just midway thru 2018 (H1 2018)
- A 50% growth in return per equity stake in the coy (ROE)
- Improved Equity multiplier, profit margin, enterprise value, debt to equity, combined ratio and ROAA.

Assuming a zero % growth for H2 2018, and using TTM EPS of 31k @ 14%, AIICO should sell for NO less than N2.15

Technically, the stock is now also at a good position.
based on moving averages, 20 sma is now ahead of its 50 sma, while both 20 sma and 50 sma is well ahead of its 200 sma.
...Again the simple interpretation of this is that AIICO is clearly showing a BULLISH pattern both for the short and long term.
The last indicator is a good confirmation of entrance of new funds, likely PMs and FMs alike.

NOTE: NOT A BUY recommendation !!
...due diligence is still advised as always pls.

Thanks for this input Sir OGG. Good to have u back.
I appreciate u!!!! I bought @ 0.57k after ur input then. Thank God I managed to control my emotions and urge to sell before now.
God bless u Sir and all those helping us to make some money on the nse.
