Ye Ali’s been on a wave recently. About a week a go, he delivered the K-Camp assisted “Wedding Bands” and today, he comes through with another smooth single with “All The Time.”

Ye Ali brings another slick single to the table with “All The Time.” The short but sweet single was produced by Yusei who delivers a smooth R&B soundscape for Ali to paint. Ye Ali expresses his passion and lust for his shorty and money. Its definitely a track that’s suited for late night drives through the city. Ye Ali continues to come through with his unique sound that not only highlights his vocal abilities but also his pen game. It’s a sultry single that’ll put you in a zone for its two minute length.

Ace Hood has been grinding all year. In August, the fan-favorite rapper dropped his anticipated Trust The Process mixtape, which was met with immediate acclaim from fans. It’s been a refreshing look for Hood, as his previous album Trials And Tribulations came out over four years ago. And while some may have feared that the Floridian rapper missed out on his prime years, Trust The Process proved that the ex-Khaled disciple could still spit fire, even after a lengthy hiatus. Now, the rapper continues to make up for his absence, delivering yet another new single and accompanying video called “3 Bless.”

The track carries forward with the momentum Trust The Process built, and Ace Hood delivers rapid fire intensity straight out the gate. Over some eerie synths and intense trap-drums, Hood spits lyrics like “I’m on a new level it’s a loose rebel, took the Don P from the wine cellar, got an upgrade on the time-teller, got some Vans on not the Margielas, need a Pallbearer, kill a n***a with a sixteen, flow came with a wind-chiller, need a chinchilla n***a too cold.” While Ace Hood sometimes opts for a more methodical, slow-paced flow, “3 Bless” proves he can slide over a beat with ease.

N.E.R.D. Seven years to be exact. But over the weekend at Camp Flog Gnaw, there were signs that indicated to the groups return. Today, the speculations prove true after they release their new single “Lemon” featuring Rihanna.

N.E.R.D. return with a new video and single for their new song “Lemon.” It’s reminiscent of older N.E.R.D. tunes with funky minimal production that’s bound to have the room bumping. They’ve been gone for too long so this is a nice re-entrance back in the game. Both N.E.R.D and Rihanna shed their mainstream pop sound for a more grittier vibe. The single starts off with Pharrell saying, “The truth will set you free, but first, it’ll piss you off,” before Rihanna and Pharrell go back and forth trading bars. It’s a dope re-entry for N.E.R.D. It’s especially nice to hear Pharrell going into the zone that foreshadowed his greatness. With the release of “Lemon,” it’s definitely looking like we’ll be hearing a project from them in the near future.

Ohio native & former MMG rapper Stalley had been relatively quiet for the past couple years, last releasing an album in 2014 called Ohio, but thankfully he returned from his hiatus back in July to share a New Wave, a 14-song project with no features. Since then, Stalley has been busy rolling out new videos in its support, but decided to change things up last week when he dropped off a new 12-song project called Another Level, his second full length effort this year.

And just when we thought he was done releasing new music for a minute, it appears Stalley was just warming up and is now readying yet another new project for November 17th called Tell The Truth Shame The Devil. Today, he decided to give Ebro the green light to premiere its first single on Beats 1 Radio called “My Line” featuring ATL sensation Migos.

With Quavo on the hook, Stalley brings the title to life & raps about the bitches & guys constantly calling his phone line bothering him with non sense. “Niggas aint talking about nothin/ Bitches aint talking bout nothing” Quavo croons on the hook before dropping his respective verse. Highlighted by Migos’ verses & Quavo’s chorus, “My Line” is another strong addition to Stalley’s growing catalogue of hits, even though it sounds more like a Migos record featuring Stalley, but it’ll definitely get the attention drawn to his upcoming project nevertheless. It follows up Migos’ latest single “Motor Sport” featuring Nicki Minaj & Cardi B.

Chris Brown just released his highly anticipated album Heartbreak On A Full Moon this morning. It wasn’t a normal album for Chris by any means, the tracklist is nearly fifty tracks deep and is a collection of songs that Brown feels is a depiction of what he truly wants to say. While 45 song tracklist may seem lengthy, Breezy decided to release one more song today that didn’t make the album, “Last All Night.”

Chris Brown dropped “Last All Night” through his Soundcloud page, a few hours after dropping the album. It’s a sultry single that puts Brown back into his more traditional R&B efforts. While it’s more of a slower song, it has an infectious bounce to it.

Considering how people will definitely be turning up for Halloween, Brown’s delivering a slew of music to add to the party’s playlist. It’s especially interesting that he decided to drop the single mere hours after the album dropped as well. Brown previously stated in an interview that he has 800 unreleased songs on his phone alone, so I think it’s fair to say that this is one of them.

We’re still waiting for Chapovelli. A$ton Matthews’ been seriously teasing its release for over a year at this point but still, no sign of it dropping any time soon. Nonetheless, the Los Angeles rapper’s delivered loose singles since dropping his last project over three years a go including the first single off Chapovelli, “Coldest Night In Hell.” In addition to the loose singles he’s dropped, he just released his Pi’erre Bourne produced new single “Brazy.”

“Brazy” is A$ton Matthews latest effort. It’s an abrasive new banger to add to his catalog. His nasally voice and slick flow slides over the off-kilter production of Pi’erre Bourne. Bourne’s slowly turning into the next “it” producer, working with some of the top rappers in the game. It’s nice to hear him connect with some of the A$AP Mob’s close affiliates in the underground realm to come through with some fire. Especially with Chapovelli on the way, hopefully this single lands on the project and we hear more work between the two. A$ton and Bourne work great together.

Say what you want about the guy, but Kodak Black work ethic cannot be denied. Saturday evening, the South Florida-reared rapper decided to drop off four new tracks just because he felt like it. All uploaded to Youtube, the first cut came in the form of “Roll N Peace 2,” a sentimental follow-up to “Roll In Peace,” the XXXTENTACION collaboration originally found on Project Baby 2.

This time around, we catch Kodak going solo. Taking to the backdrop of Lil Jon’s “Lovers and Friends” track from 2004, Kodak takes a much more transparent look at analyzing his personal life on “roll N Peace 2.”

“You ain’t the one for me / You ain’t got shit I need,” he begins on the track with the same opening we found on the first iteration. “You want me to take my time with ya, maybe I’m not ya speed / Maybe I’m out ya league / You ain’t even got no cheese / Maybe I’m just to G for ya, maybe I’m just too street.”

Despite a trail of legal woes and headline-attracting comments, it’s great to see Kodak pushing forward and focusing on the music. So much so that’s he’s generous enough to gift the fans with a few looses.

Fans have been patiently waiting for the release of Fabolous & Jadakiss’ Freddy Vs. Jason project since Fab first announced it way back in February of 2016. While we received the Tory Lanez-assisted single “Rapture” earlier this year, the NYC duo have been keeping us in the dark about when we could expect to hear the long awaited project ever since. In fact, back in June, Fab informed fans in an interview with Billboard that they were looking at possibly Halloween for its release.

 
“We’re just working really, man. We’re not rushing the process, for one. I didn’t really think it was a summer project, though,” the rapper said. “After we got passed winter, I was like, ‘This is not a summer project.’ This is one of those grime projects and we’re looking towards the fall again. Also, Halloween is coming around. That would be a cool little twist, too, but there’s no rush to it,” he added. “We’re just taking our time and I think it’s something that people are going to take advantage of no matter when it comes. Of course, you don’t want to wait forever for it. We don’t want to Detox the situation, but we definitely don’t want to rush it and people be like, ‘Ugh. This is what you guys did after all that time. We’re gonna handle it though.”

It’s an appropriate collaboration considering that Wu is a mega star in the eastern hemisphere while Travis Scott is a dominant force in the western music industry. The two of them connect on this club-ready joint. It’s a solid middle ground between the two. They bring smooth, high energy to the table. The song was produced by Louis Bell who has produced for Post Malone, DJ Snake and ODESZA. He provides a solid backdrop for both Kris Wu and Travis Scott to find a middle ground with each other.

Rob $tone was making headlines for his controversial beef with XXXtentacion & Ski Mask The Slump God, dropping off several diss records in the process and even letting things get physical when he jumped Ski Mask on stage back in April. Since then though, Rob has been keeping a rather lower profile, releasing the song “xxxtracredit” back in June, but that’s about it. The Toronto rapper lived out the trajectory of Drizzy’s “Started From The Bottom” narrative, beginning his career as a member of Drake’s security team. Eventually, Baka delivered a few performances on the Nothing Was The Same cut “From Time,” as well as More Life’s “Free Smoke” and “Gyalchester.” In the meantime, Baka has been steady working on his own solo project, 4Milli, which has already spawned the single “Live Up To My Name.” Now, Baka has followed up the anthem with the melodic banger “Money In The Bank.”

Over a bouncy, low-key instrumental, Baka delivers a relaxed flow as he lyrically flaunts his rising clout – “My celle trippin’ cause I got a celle in my cell, ringin’ like a telethon, like a marathon, first single got me banned from America, I need to call up Farrakhan.” There’s an interesting sonic juxtaposition going on between Baka’s brash delivery and the auto-tune driven effects; even when he’s raising the intensity, he still sounds chill as hell. And why wouldn’t he be, considering the fact that he’s got money in the bank now? All things considered, it seems like rolling with one of the biggest artists in the world has some clear advantages.

The Underachievers remain one of the game’s most slept on secrets. The duo, made up of Flatbush rappers Issa Gold and AK The Savior, have low key been delivering consistently dope music, including the criminally underrated Renaissance album, which dropped in May 2017 amidst a sea of higher profile releases. Now, the group have come through with a new single called “Packs,” produced by YDNA. YDA provides the group with an eerie chime arpeggio, which creeps along over trap-infused percussion. Overall, the vibe of this jam is somewhat on the darker side, with a rugged and raw mix giving it an added layer of menace.

As far as the bars, The Underachievers are never lacking on that front. Both Issa and AK pull no punches, and Issa’s opening bars are a brash, drug-laden journey through the streets. “Backseat, riding with the trays, rock bottom, that’ll turn that n*gga to a ghost, ain’t no love in my city, straight drugs in my city, n*ggas walk around this shit, no hope,” raps Issa. It’s a bleak picture, but one that seems familiar to the Flatbush emcee, who is no stranger to the higher power of marijuana.

Popular producer, Samklef was interviewed recently, by Punch Newspaper. In the course of the interview, the producer talked about a number of issues including his history with Wizkid and the present state of their relationship.

The producer currently signed to Akon’s KonLive Records, and who recently declared his gubernatorial interest in the soon coming Imo State Governorship election has confirmed that he had a misunderstanding with the Starboy in the past, and that the misunderstanding has been resolved.

He said, “I am part of Wizkid’s history whether he like it or not and he cannot write his story without mentioning my name. I have always respected Wizkid’s hustle from day one. He has a strong will. So far so good, we have settled the misunderstanding between us in 2015 after one of my trips from America. We are all busy now, so I am no longer worried about whatever people say because at the end of the day, we all have our journey in life and success is the most important thing. I am no longer bitter at Wizkid, the past is gone.”

This wouldn’t be the first time he is working with international stars having worked with Tinashe, Meek Millas well as Rae Sremmurd and Young Thug on the recently released ‘Pere‘.
