Responsibility:

Coordinates and reconciles billing for personal mailing.

Answers, screens and directs a high volume of telephone calls and inquiries, referring callers to the appropriate departments and offices, on a statewide basis.

Managing multi-line switchboards,

Dispatching calls to drivers and delivery people,

Maintaining files, and handling daily mails
Processing credit card payments, performing wake up calls, arranging transportation and package delivery.

Performs other appropriate duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Possess human management ability.

Effectively multi-task and have the ability to learn quickly

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in English language, Mass Communication, and any other relevant discipline.
HND,National Diploma (Minimum Qualification)

Minimum of 2years working experience

Develop reports on material and personnel movements and various operational logistics problems.
