I will guarantee that children receive a well-rounded education that prepares them for the future by regularly reviewing and reforming the curriculum so our children can stand shoulder to shoulder with their peers around the world USE OF TECHNOLOGY: Technology has the ability to significantly the educational system in Ebonyi State. This can be done by giving students access to online learning materials and by instructing teachers on how to use technology in the classroom effectively. Business / Pitfalls In The E-commerce Business And How To Handle Them by TruthOnlyTrue: 7:40pm On Oct 27, 2021 |
"This is too much for me! What nonsense, what arrogance do you believe I have? Do you think I'm uneducated? I can't take this nonsense, so if you want your e-commerce #business to succeed in my town, come get this nonsense out of here and replace it with what I ordered." These statements rang out from my boss's office while he was on the phone with the #CSR of an #ecommerce company from which he had purchased products. As he spoke, you could hear the stress in his voice. This experience was seared into the consciousness of over 27 employees at my office at the time, and even those who were considering supporting this new e-commerce business, whom we felt would be unique, changed their minds and banned the e-commerce #business. Let's look at why people don't shop at your ecommerce business and what you can do to persuade them to believe in your brand, trust you, and do business with you. (1) WHAT I ORDERED VS WHAT I RECEIVED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS: PHOTOGRAPHY: I would suggest that you engage a professional product photographer rather than simply any photographer. One who would not make little things appear large, make blunders such as changing product colors due to flashlights, and a variety of other causes that could project a false impression of the products you wish to market. (2) BRAND LOYALTY: I've written about this extensively in another article. To find out more, go here. (3) Never give your target audience a reason to doubt your e-commerce business: When there is a hazard to your business, such as late deliveries, harsh delivery personnel, or an unremorseful response tune from your CSR, you are bound to lose a significant number of customers. It's worth noting that returning or referred clients or consumers account for 70% of your business's sales. As a result, you shouldn't blow any deals because it could damage the following one. As a result, you must be quick to recognize and handle critical difficulties. (4) Bank details: When it comes to entering bank details into ecommerce business platforms most especially start-ups, everyone is wary. Reasons: (I) How secure is your e-commerce website in terms of protection for their financial information? (ii) Your policy of no refunds: People are unsure of what you're going to deliver. One of your best possibilities is to use "pay-on-delivery" for a while until your brand proves to be legitimate. To gain even more trust, you may highlight the security procedures you employ on your e-commerce website. If you deliver across the country, you may hire agents in each state or region to make deliveries and receive payments on your behalf. Visit www.sogmaNG.com for an amazing shopping experience

Business / 5 Spells That Guarantee Convertion For Online Sales Personnels by TruthOnlyTrue: 9:03am On Oct 18, 2021 |
Leaning towards my ears from behind me, breathing heavily as her voice trembled, she placed her palm on my shoulder and whispered, "I'm afraid but boss wants to sack you. Sorry I shouldn't have said this she said as she walked away to her office. Dumbfounded me kept my gaze on my online sales manager as she walks away into her office visibly not happy with the boss's decision. I never had this coming: of a truth work has not been productive but this owes to the state of thing in the country; people are suffering, no one wants to buy anything now everyone is just managing; I even wonder if my colleagues in the online sales department use charm on their clients or they have a perfume from Mallam that they use to convince prospects to make purchases. My online sales manager likes me, she knows the effort I put into work but it hasn't been productive I must confess but we all know the state of things in our dear nation Nigeria: who has money now other than Yahoo boys and politicians? My job demands that I post periodically on the social media handles of the company and engage with prospects and ensure to convert them. I go to the extent of posting on my own social media handles WhatsApp status Facebook stories Instagram etc. yet to sell one property is a problem. "Abeg" those of you in real estate, are you not having the same issue? This is the tale of Mr. Kenneth a young graduate who just got a job with the mouth-watering salary and plenty incentives for any sale he is able to close. He kept on struggling to make sales online until he came in contact with us at #sogamaNG and we came up with these five steps to help his online sales 5 SPELLS TO CAST ON YOUR PROSPECTS THAT GUARANTEE SALES (1) CREATE BRAND LOYALTY: creating brand loyalty is a deliberate organized set of activity which increases the propensity of prospects or clients to get glued to your brand rather than your competitors. HOW? (I) device a means of communicating with your clients regularly (the services of a CSR is crucial) (ii) the quality of what you deliver should be beyond the expectation of your clients (iii) never be inconsistent (iv) create brand awareness in your niche within your territory and vertically (v) focus on giving your customers top-notch experiences and services not only on sales (vi) surprise your clients with incentives and gifts (vii) work always (2) SALE YOUR BRAND: this precedes selling products/services. it's the act of psychological manipulating the minds of your target audience into thinking of your brand alone whenever they think of services you render or see other things in relation to what you do: somehow everything just points to your brand. Send a DM for more tips (3) Take advantage of Market opportunity: study the times and seasons in the market and take advantage of it to put out what you sell in the language of the season that people will understand. (4) Create sales funnels for your business: about 69% of business owners have used the boost button on their Facebook page only to waste money and make little or no sales I will advise you learn or hire a professional to create your sales funnel and set up a re-targeting campaign also. (5) Use already built sales optimization apps for social media campaigns. Nairaland / General / The Entrepreneurs' Code With Mr Musa by TruthOnlyTrue: 2:54pm On Oct 11, 2021 |
The #Entrepreneurs' code A wise #entrepreneur was once asked about the #nature of his business, and he responded with this quite interesting statement. He said he's not "in the business of coffee, serving people" but he is rather "in the business of people, serving coffee". You see as an entrepreneur, the key to #success is the people. The focus is always the people, it's never the #skill you possess nor the super power you have. It's always how your abilities are relevant to the people. Thus, for as long as you are in the business of coffee serving people, you will encounter clogs on the way until you get into the business for the people... #sogmaNG cares.
