Yes Harmattan has arrived in some parts of the Local Govt here but so far in Gusua there is no Harmattan we 're expecting it. Am sure there will be Harmattan in Tsafe camp.

Go to Oyingbo in Ido. Young shall grow bus is going to zamfara Tsafe camp. The bus usually leave around 6pm. And I think the Tfare is just 6k
