Vickygarl:
I need friends with no strings attached in Ibadan. I feel lonely most times when I'm not at work and just need friends to hang around with when there's chance. I am a female; both genders are welcome but you have to be matured and goal-oriented too. At least we should be able to exchange reasonable ideas and opinions.

You can inbox me your number let's meet, I stay around Oluyole

Can't but laugh. Thank God I never went to any local government chairman to waste my time and money, thank God I never download any edumondo app for 3.4km Jogging, or what is it call self?,thank God i never waste my time doing any Jogging, thank God I never for one day waste my time studying any past question. God win my brother, if you are not shortlisted as I am, my brother God win, better days ahead.God love you, "For the vision is yet for the appointed time; It hastens toward the goal and it will not fail. Though it tarries, wait for it; For it will certainly come, it will not delay. Shalom

Go to blazes and burn to ashes, someone like you need to be drill because ur excerpt shows you're not mature by demanding for Pq, look at the last NAF thread 2013 the last page was 158 we've not even gone for selection board then you're asking of pq. Go to ikeja cemetery you will see pq. We are talking of how to make headway you're driving us back. Even examination will be hold at the selection board go ahead and study your basic mathematics, english and current affair rather be chaotic with your pq be intellectual, are you not a graduate? Smh for u

It's true though...I take solace in the fact that my first race of over 100m in 9yrs yesterday made me finish 3.2km in 17mins
Well, putting the weather in kaduna to fact I know the minutes is poor...I will continue today even though legs are aching but I have to keep pushing
If I can beat 3.2km in less than 2wks within 15mins...I will be ready
Let's all be hopeful as we await the message

My advice to you as a relay runner is for you to stop training until your legs are okay if actually you want to make it to Kaduna without sustaining injury. don't be too anxious
