Thy are restricted to uber but their 'franchise' has priority over other users on the platform. And they don't do maintenance, so they can take every single trip thrown at them.

I know it's a waste of time correcting people about this notion but the fact remains that no one is given priorities because of moove. Acceptance rate works on uber which is a fact.
We do get long pickups just like every other users , the otondos go for them but I do not go for them.
Going for every trip thrown at them can also be only done by the otondos.
Here is a screenshot of a request I got while typing this and here is also my cancellation and acceptance rate.

Lol

Na big boy because e get 3 cars for Uber. I'm supposed to look up to him because he drives occasionally and goes to a Coca-Cola shop to gist.

grin grin grin

When he gets to Allen avenue or Heyden at VGC, he can gather those corolla drivers and tell them how he's a big boy with 3 cars

I have encountered different wealthy people to even see his 3 Camry testimony as blessed.

Like I said, when he sees other Uber drivers, he can climb on top of his car and sing his praises.

Haba! Wetin happen on top small pinch he gave, you decide to bring a double-edged sword plus double barrel to the battle ground.

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

please I need your advice urgently.

I want to know from those with the experience with Moove Uber, is it worth trying for drive to own, can someone cope from start to finish, is it a feasible venture or another pipe dream?

Should I quit my job for this or remain on my job?

I don't want to make a mistake.

Please advice me. Thank you

He will have a lot of mentions and the post has a lot of pages which will be a wasteful effort if I quote him.

Let me still try.

Wow...I hope he makes the right decision. 37k remittance weekly on Uber alone for 4 years is a death sentence.

Meanwhile, I'd like to ask, are those cars geofenced to only work on the island? I've not come across anyone on 3MB before.

At least even when they are not on a ride, there would have been a time when the driver would have needed to go to the mainland for personal runs.

Shey the car go off itself ni? grin

Only innoson cars are restricted to Island and can NEVER get requests outside island.
What I stated earlier is for the Corollas not innoson.

They only get trips on the Island but some of them live on the mainland so they drive home and drive back to d Island d next day to work.
Infact I have seen one loading Oworo from sandfill grin and I was wondering if there is no camera in the Innoson cars just like there is in the Corolla.

Unemployment and no other options made many of them to take up that innoson. Innosson vehicles ply only the Island with ridiculous fares.

They can use the vehicle for personal use which the company allows but just make sure you meet your KPI.

Is there a feature that allows riders to end trip arbitrarily from their end on the Bolt app.?

If there is, it should be removed, cos it will be abused.

Where the problem will arise is bolt not notifying on driver app that trip had been cancelled.
Any update from rider on uber will make a beep and also bring the app to homescreen for the driver to see the update.

Don't mind him... That's one of the major problem we are being faced with in this country and reason why the country is taking time to get better. We see the truth and cover it. The sooner we begin to correct ourselves first the better for us.

I've said it here severely, the most troublesome riders that gives drivers serious problems are ladies from my side (SE) I no dey shame talk am... Most of them lack respect for hard working men... Even some of our young men too also have attitudes, pride is a major challenge with most of us from the SE'ern region take it or leave it its just the simply truth. This is the reason Angryibonman will attack and insult not just his fellow man alone o but a woman that has lesser muscles than him to husle, a woman who he walks and will sleep comfortably inside her slickers... Where is he today? Pride. The last we heard of him was he was Swaziland not Switzerland o... grin

Same reason is why cheerful will talk down on every hard working person and brag about his little earnings forgetting that what he earns in a month is what somebody is charging just a customer for a 2hrs job. When you tell him there's no sense posting dashboard he'll insult you and ur generation and tell u revolution is not peaceful... Where is him and his dashboard today? Where has his revolution lead us to as a people? Has it impacted positively to your life? How many drivers especially those on rental bought their own cars since then?? How many have got married to their long time gf's or how many have gone cross the shores of the country for greener pastures? How many have added a degree to their portfolio? And many of you applauded his foolishness, aren't you all f o ols?

Dailyparot lets tell ourselves the truth, how many times have you had issue with a Northerner, even the Hausa guys that ride bikes the only problem I've had with a few of them is communication, they're down to earth and content, how about the South Western people many of their ladies are well mannered you only have issue with some of them when you cross your boundries to step of their toes. But an average eastern young girl feels she's too beautiful to be asked how are you bae If care is not taken you'll regret ever trying to ask of direction from her.

First clean the catarrh in your eyes b4 you clean the one in another person's until then you've no moral right whatsoever to call another man out.

Like i told that my Ibo brother that wanted to prove some stupid points against another tribe while trying to defend and cover up his own sins, let's start by teaching our own children good morals, teach them how to respect people irrespective of who, what they are or where they from, let's start to value people for what they represent right from the man that stands by the gate to the woman that cooks in the kitchen and to the man that sits at the car owner's seat for they all are vessels to one body and purpose, bringing food to the table and moving the establishment/family forward.

If I tell pope191 to post details of that trip he had now you'll call me a tribal bigot for speaking the teuth, then you that sees the truth and decides to keep quiet is what?
Hypocrite!!! That's who you're, you'll rot in hell while me that have 'toutism' running in my DNA like you said will have bread and butter in heavengrin e pain you? Change Now!

A little liveth liveth the whole body

Don't talk Sit back and watch the child go bad okay.

Felicity!!!

I sincerely never used to read your long posts not until when people started talking about the posts.
Kudos.

Still doing it just like someone that life is hard for in the overseas yet can't come because he is already in it.
Same way many have gone into others businesses but they find it hard to leave because of the capital already invested.

There are car owners that have invested but will struggle till it chokes them and give up.

So still doing it doesn't mean one/he enjoys what he is doing.

Don't mind him, I had a good plan for this young man, he messed up big time. Someone I was planning to dash 100k for free. Not loan, no collateral, no interest, absolutely free.
Zenith Bank was having issues for the past 3 days I couldn't transfer to him, I told him to excercise patience, he came here and started ranting that am a 419. On top of my hard earned money, he still has the gut to say nonsense. I no blame him, Nigerians with their self entitlement.

If you never requested anything in return, I see no reason he would have called you fraud.
And the so called guy didn't come back to give full update of what transpired.

Either ways, I hardly believe what I see online.

I think the statement speaks for itself. "Permanent Block"

Don't mind those coys that say nothing can be done on permanent block.
Ask Felicity001 and many people that have been unblocked after getting permanent block.
Their useless protocols can be bypassed when they need drivers but can't be done when a driver needs them.

Which should now be taken authentic as the both calculations seem like mago-mago to the answer.

For those that may respond to people here looking for travel mates.

If you travel by air a lot, beware of over friendly chatty seat neighbours

The older lady comes and sits next to me inside the plane. She asked me to help her put her bag in the overhead luggage compartment. But a gentleman sitting across quickly came through. (I am not very tall and the overhead luggage compartment is something I try to avoid at all costs.

Immediately she sits down she strikes up a conversation. She was very pleasant and well spoken. So we chatted all through the flight to Dubai.
Suddenly, when the pilot announced that we were now proceeding to begin our descent into DXB, my good friend 'developed' stomach pains. Me with my good heart, I pressed the stewards button, and the stewardess came to find out what the problem was. I told her my seat mate was not feeling well. And this lady, she suddenly began to address me as 'my daughter'.

The stewardess told me that there was nothing they could do except give her some painkillers and wait until we landed. The pilot announced that we had a medical emergency on board and advised us all to stay calm. My new friend was crying and sweating like crazy. And she refused to let go of my hand... everyone assumed we knew each other.

So we landed at DXB and the same gentleman who helped put up her luggage in the overhead compartment removed her luggage. But as he removed the luggage, he advised me to distance myself from this lady and make it clear to the cabin crew that we were NOT travelling together. He was a godsend!

So indeed, the cabin crew came and asked me if we were related, I categorically told them we had met on the plane. I didn't know her at all. So we began to deplane and as I said goodbye she kept begging me to carry her handbag. I was so torn... but the gentleman looked me in the eye and emphatically shook his head. He passed me a note telling me to let the cabin crew handle her.

So I exit the aircraft and leave my 'new friend' to wait for the wheelchair and be handled by the cabin crew feeling very guilty.

As we waited for our luggage to come through, I hear this commotion. My 'new friend' was running, trying to escape the cabin crew, having gotten out of the wheelchair! She left the stewardess with her handbag and just ran towards the exit with the rest of her hand luggage! Luckily the airport police were faster than her. They got hold of her and brought her back in handcuffs.

This lady starts calling out to me.. my daughter... my daughter!.. how could you do this to me..... that's when I caught on. She was carrying drugs and she was trying to implicate me!

Luckily for me, the gentleman who had helped her with her luggage came forward and told the airport police that me and her had just met on the plane. The police took my passport and asked her to reveal my full names if it was true we were travelling together. By God's grace, I had not even told her my first name! I was still asked to follow the police to a little room where I was questioned extensively. Where did I meet her?... where did I board... where did she board. Etc... And my luggage was extensively searched and dusted for fingerprints.

They dusted all her luggage and my fingerprints were not found anywhere on her luggage or on her handbag!
I was let go with advice never ever to touch anyone's luggage either in flight or at the airport. So from that day, I don't care how much luggage you have, you will deal with it yourself. I will not even offer you a trolley to put your luggage on! Your luggage... your problem.... is my policy. And if you can't reach the overhead compartment, and I am the nearest person, please call the cabin crew because all I will do is give you a blank stare and then look away!

A lesson to glean therein for intending air travelers.
