No. There are specific courses you can do in Broadcast media(print or electronic), APCON is tailor-fitted for advertising. NIPR is for people in the PR field. So your assertion doesn't jive.

U're just talking like a layman bro. With Nipr certification, one can go n study Mass comm from 3rd year or go for masters in advertising and broadcasting. So i knew what i was talking about when i said he should get Nipr cert

I have no idea abt Qel+ ... But u can check from any beauty shops.. They surely sell toning lotion for men.

Op, first u need to check ur skin sensitivity sha... Also check what type of skin u have like if ur oily or dry or combo...


There's a lot of toning products in the market u can choose from.. But once u use toning, u must also use moisturizer and sunblock in the morning to protect ur skin from breakage

I have a dry skin, pls can u suggest any steroid free toning cream. Heard about Qel+ buh don't know much about it. And I don't want to become fair overnight. I just need a cream that will not make me darker than before.
