has the skilled test being done for the biz analyst role?

This is not fair, been applying to total for over 6months, sending my cv to the recruitment mail, i just finished serving and i have not been called at all, Or was the match test for experience hire, pls sumbody should tell me what to do, the right way to go about my application.
