hello guys, my cousins's husband was granted a student visa sometime in May, 2023,and would be traveling by August this year. their wedding was done subsequently in June this year, after the student visa had been granted. Can she begin her SOWP application now, or wait till after he gets to Canada. (note: she was not mentioned in his SOP during the SP application). your advice would be highly appreciated
