Please I want to know if anybody here has been sent a decision email and received their passport recently. Because I did my biometrics on the 3rd of this month, got a decision email on the 10th but till now as we speak, I'm still awaiting to collect my passport. UKVI has refused to send my documents and they are not giving me any reason why. Please if you have ever experienced this with UKVI, let me know because I am greatly worried.

Check Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland. They always give admission and they are not so expensive.

Please I need help.
UK student visa application submitted alongside request for courier service - 30th October
Biometrics done - 3rd November
Decision email from UKVI Pretoria received - 10th November
After now, I haven't gotten any other email nor my passport returned. Is that the normal process or should I be worried?

Nobody can predict chance .... you just have to wait and see. Each application is different and so is each turnaround. If your case worker isnt so busy then he or she can process it quickly

Best to relax and hope for the best.... uk student visa is point based, once you follow the rules then it should be fine

DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!
30th October - applied for my visa and also opted for courier services
3rd November - went for my biometrics
10th November - got a decision email and was told to wait for the VAC to contact me for pickup or courier delivery. Till now, I have not gotten any other email as regards my passport delivery or pickup. Should I be worried?
