Hey Guys, Sorry i skipped out yday, i was so tired i crashed. @Romeo, my last meal of the day is usually around 4/5 sometimes 6pm, i started a rule not to eat past 7 abt a yr ago and its really worked wonders for my digestive system as well as my tummy size. however if i am pekish or hungry i can take a glass of milk or cereal (qty- a coffee mug) i go to be around 10/11pm. And i tend to eat just 2ice a day breakfast around 10am and my last meal early evening. logyday1/07/10) B: 2 toasted sandwiches (made withcheese,tomatoes and onions) 1 mug coffe. L/D: Beans and plantain porriage 1 small portion. Today: B: 1 mug tea (i was rushing out) L/D: jollof rice,Moi-moi and salad. i started crunchies yday yippeeeee!!! did about 20 yday, and 30 today. |

Hey everybody. Good to see a full house was feeling lonely, today wasnt a good food day for me. log: B-Nothing lunch(4pm)-1 pack of indomie,1 glass on nutri C Snack(6pm) 3 slices of bread and water Dinner(8pm) golden morn (qty-1 coffee mug) Exercise-50 reps squats, 20 of which was done with 4lb dumbells , i need to start sit-ups but i feel rusty. lesson learnt- Always eat breakfast!! i usually take 1 tab of well woman vitabioics just b4 i go to bed, should i stop it cos it makes me wake up starving, what do u guys think, u know how lagos is, have not had time to shop for fruits, am not making excuses just saying. |

Hey guys, howz everyborrys day? @ Sammiejo, I checked my weight again this evening its 71 making my BMI 25.5, overweight, I am a doc so i dont need to check wiv a doc to exercise i guess Todays log: B10am)- 1 egg, fried. 2 slices of white bread toasted, 1 cup of tea. lunch/dinner(5pm) white rice and stew with steamed veg(ugwu). 1 glass of nutric C. Water- Abt 1.5L work out (night)- 30 reps of squats, abt 15mins on d spot jogging, plenty foolong around and dancing where is everybody? |

Hey guys can I join?? it sounds very inspiring, I am 5ft 6in, weigh about 70kgs, want to come down to 60 and maintain it. I am a lazy lazy gal and need to be kicked to excersise. i wear 14 bottoms and 12 tops, need to work on my thighs and mid area, Capre Diem is she still here? todays food log: breakfast 10am: beans aand plantain porriage with veg. lunch: meatpie and coke dinner: nada water abt 1L no excersises, just about 10 min walk |

But I will not handle any cash involved in the process. And another thing all the hospitals I am partnering with are accredited by the JCI that is an international committee on hospital accreditation. I will appreciate if you give some of us out there working honestly a chance.
