that is a problem when your passion and emotion for agriculture drive you more than profits,you could have started small,2 plots,build pen for 2000 birds then start,you can do all with #6,000,000.

Poultry Farming.

I invested approximately N12m in building a poultry for layers. Mistake I made was I buying 1 Acre of land which cost me N4M to fence, built Pen house with N3.5M,built a 5 bedroom farm house with about N3m, constructed a concrete scaffolding (with 2 standard rooms, one as store the other as Gen. House) to mount the water tanks for N1.5m

Having done all these, I struggled to get 600 layers, the rest is history.
