Corruption is like nature to Nigerians. NDDC has always been corrupt.

However I have observed that the corruption of Northerners often benefit their region. For example when Buhari was PTDF Chairman, several roads in Katsina and the North were tarred very well with PTDF funds. The roads still survive till today from the quality of work done.

In the case of Southerners, their corruption hardly ever benefits their region. You are likely to find out Akpabio's State and Hometown has no infrastructural benefits from his corruption and the roads hardly motorable. But you may find his kids abroad and his gigantic mansion in his village. Southerners corruption is clearly selfish in its manifestation. How can you have NDDC with such huge budgets and there are still villages in SS without drinking water? Haba!
