My friend and I were going to the gautrain station in Sandton to catch the train. These trains were built for the 2010 world cup but they are still well maintained, they look new

Public transport infrastructure was awesome in Cape Town, they have dedicated bus lanes and an effective brt system. I also spotted bicycle lanes in Sandton

I got the shock of my life when I learnt these houses in Cape Town are actually state funded projects for poor South Africans

Middle class South Africa is easily comparable to first world countries, the townships still need a lot of work though
