Why does it take so long to get replies on this topic

When you get the silent treatment on this thread, believe me it's mostly because the questions you're asking must have been previously answered...so it's either you go thread the entire thread and arm yourself with the information you seek or better still be patient enough for someone to answer. We all have our daily lives to attend to. smiley

All the documents on your CAS should be uploaded. If you're being sponsored, please obtain a letter of consent/sponsorship from your sponsor. You can attach birth certificate/age attestation to show proof of relationship.

I don't think letter from the bank is a necessary evil to have but if you can get it,all fine and good.

Thanks for your respond...
They deducted 997.50 usedoller from my account and by my calculation that is £812 which is more than your breakdown.

You're going for a two years course with placement which is equivalent to 24 months plus 4 months. The deduction is correct for IHS Surcharge. The determining factor is your start and end dates.

Good afternoon good people. I hope you are having a nice day.

I need assistance please.

Before now, I didn't know that the TB test is a periquosite for requesting CAS.

Please which clinic/hospital is recommended for the TB test in ABUJA?

Thanks for your anticipated cooperation and assistance.

An affidavit is good. You can include an attestation too.
A brief explanation in the additional information section providing information on the circumstances on the non availability of your birth certificate will be good too.

Alright thank you. I have both.

@mimilyrics

I’m a little bit confused on the parent sponsorship thing. According to the visa guide, if an applicant is being sponsored by his or her parents, a birth certificate showing proof of relationship should be presented.

What happens if the parent doesn’t have birth certificate but age declaration affidavit from a high court?? Will it that suffice? Or the parent should also get attestarion from NPC.

Please help and clarify biko

Hi guys, please I’d like to clarify if sworn affidavit would suffice in place of a lost birth certificate for a sponsored student. If not, is there any work around??

[quote author=blaze007 post=69073083]Good morning ma.....am also new here but will give you wat i have learnt.
Well d skull i chose (Bielefeld University) does not use Uni-assist.
After the online application, am sending verified hard copies (transcript, waec, university certificate, motivation letter, one application form(where u fill all the courses u did at Uni with credit load), den the application form u filled online).

U need to send it or they declared ur online application incomplete. so u need to send ur docs to uni-assist.

hello house, im asked to submit a notarized cpy of my transcripts.
ill like to knwo what that means.
must it be a court. or any body can sign to testify

It simply assures the VO that the document is authentic and can be trusted.Look for a lawyer that is notary public, depending on your bargaining power and volume of documents you want to notarize, it shouldn't cost you more than 500H per copy.

1. You can apply FOC .
Yes, Free-of- Charge. It only has to be within a small window knowN to only we the privileged ones !! #kidding.
I got this reply from a SAIT officer (name withheld) when I inquired on the exact date for this year :

"It depends on when you want to start. We actually have two open houses a year, so you could apply during our Winter Open House (Feb. 6-7, 2015), but that would be for programs that start in Fall 2015. After that there will be an open house in October for programs that start in Fall 2016.

Thanks, "

2. Like and follow their page on Facebook : https://www.facebook.com/SAITPolytechnic
and send your inquiries inbox. The promptness of response will amaze you.

Don't Thank me now, but after trying the suggestions above.
You may PM me so that we may do some handshake if u consider it necessary.
Best wishes

A friend of mine just applied and the $200 application fee was waived for one time application. Thanks for the info.At least ,=N=40,000 still be better money.....lol

Hello People,

Pls I want to apply to the polytechnic in Saskatchewan and I studied computer science in Nigeria and I made a second class lower. I currently work and by Gods grace I have a sponsor who works also. Can someone be helpful to guide me on how to package myself for packaging of documents to the embassy so as to avoid refusal? Any good comment will be highly appreciated.

Many thanks

I feel you should apply to the sask first and get admission, that should be your starting point.

Hello Guys, please i'm currently gathering documents to fire my application by February against August 2015 to study Computer Systems Technology at Sask.

Is there any difference between Sponsorship Declaration and Affidavit of Sponsorship?Which one is better?

You use PeerTransfer to initiate the transfer to your school, then go to any GTbank Head office and ask for Foreign Operations.

You would need to have a GT current account or dom account.
