One hard thing I have learnt in this oil business is that if you want the very best, do the business full time. Make sure you inspect the oil from the mill or the Miller before paying.

This is sad. Imagine having to keep giving end users excuses. A dear sister was lamenting bitterly to me, I was just looking because I also have same issue.
Why can't we just be truthful. Lagos to the East isn't small journey. If you are not there to monitor, can't those milling for you fear God? I never fit do Palm Oil fully, I no get that financial capability and physical power to. I'd rather just close shop on this but I no Sabi give up for business. This Oil thing was done by my late mum, I just said to pick up again but Omo I'm getting very frustrated

Ok I don't want to sound like a broken record but you see, those of you who deal at the production/wholesale stage to some of us retailers, you need to do well.
It's not everytime we have to call you out
Doing business with each other shouldn't leave a sour taste in our mouth.
That being said,if I give you my very hard earned money to buy premium quality palm oil, please anything short of that is unacceptable.
Don't pass off storage oil as freshly milled. Don't sell badly processed palm oil to us.
Most importantly, DON'T SEND OIL IN VERY DIRTY UNHYGIENICALLY FIT KEGS!!!!!
Majority of us live in Lagos,a place already stressful going out and coming but we try because it's where were strive to make ends meet.
Some of us don't have luxury of space and also can't afford the back and forth of trying to salvage bad oil when sent either through cooking again, filtering and all. We didn't bargain for the whole Stress.
PLEASE IF YOU ARE SENDING OIL DOWN, CONSIDER US, DON'T PUNISH US FOR NOTHING.
Sometimes there are domestic accident: imagine spilling hot oil on your body or on the ground while you are trying to boil and filter, aside from the shortage. We can't be feeling apprehensive each time we order stuff.

17,000 was waybill loss oo, I kept back two full keg of oil because I had turned them out into kegs,if you know how i managed to sell them, you'll pity me. I'm sure I must have lost extra 4k or 5k because I poured away alot

I spoke with chirality and he promised to pay the money. Yesterday he kept to his word and made the refund to Udysweet. Udy confirmed receipt.

While we are not perfect, the fact that he kept to his word is worth commending.

Good people, it is always expected that challenges and disagreement would come in business but our goal is to always secure a common ground for reconciliation.

I do hope to see the duo reconcile fully and do more business together.

So @chirality Sent My balance minus waybill cost Wch we both agreed he'll pay before he pleaded we'll share
As at this morning,he came up with the narrative that he didn't buy oil from me hence he won't pay
Now I've paid roughly 17,000 waybill cost to and from Aba for items I didn't sell
That's a huge loss for me
This producer who doesn't think of tomorrow decided to pull out last minute because I called him out for my money. I'm trying to understand why he feels I should suffer for the bad oil he sold me and turning around to indirectly accuse me that the pictures and videos sent may not have been his own oil
God bear me witness I had no other oil bought from anywhere. So for you not to pay you decided to find excuse
Please on this note,if you are Patronising him, have someone pay and pick up at his location so you can confirm because he might likely deny should things go wrong.
