He's a lone voice out of many. I will not be surprised if his voice is drowned by the time he gets into the NASS.

There are many there who are not people/Nigeria friendly, people whose aim is to collect and collect.

Anyway, I wish him the best. If truly he has passion for his people, that is something we will know as time goes by.
I think he's not alone. Senator-elect Dino Melaye is another vocal figure in this struggle; the duo can lead the campaign from within the govt even though they are of different political parties and i believe If they are serious, honest and committed they(we) will succed because i know they will work with people of like minds including covert supporters in the house; the beautiful thing is they will have the support of the majority of Nigerians and the President himself(though he's yet to convince me). I wish them well, God bless Nigeria.

If the above was true,
Why was he not prosecuted?
Another indictment on the government of GEJ!
The people rose in anger against the perceived rigging of the election by PDP and you are here blaming the man that was slighted.
All the propaganda of the PDP against Buhari has the architect of the riots could not even result in criminal prosecution.
As the man has said, it's no longer business as usual.
If you are indicted, get ready to pay for your crimes.
So u actually believe Jonathan lost the 2011 election but was manipulated into power? SMH. Let's assume that their man was truly "Slighted" as u claim, was that enough reason to unleash death on innocent men, women and children? Are there no courts? Are there no streets to accommodate mass protesters? You support evil and evil will not depart from it's lover. U're Justifying killers just because they "Rose in Anger" therefore i wish somebody just rises in anger someday and kills you anytime soon, hypocrite.

M yoruba and I like this
Tinubu worked for Jonathan for free?
If Tinubu thinks we don't deserve it in 2011

Why does he thinks we do nw

Bros wen u talk of North seeing a tribe as honest itz we yoruba that dey see as untrustworthy
Why is Tinubu nw be schemed out why can't Tinubu use his influence to get Gbajabiamila the slot

SS nd part of se is the best ally of North in the country
If a ranking rep or senator was produced they won't even cross check b4 zoning to dem

Gbajabiamila led the ACN then to make sure her sister from oyo lost the seat forgetting that
When u are digging a grave for ur enemy dig two

Let North take it all after all Tinubu makes sure

D president SS
Vice north
Senate president North
Speaker North

Let d trend continue
Why are you this truthful? I am a Niger-Deltan but this ur comment makes me feel like crying. Hmmmm, the North will always have their way because they are smart when it comes to politics. I wonder when we will get it right because we(especially the south) are losing it all because of rivalry, jealousy and especially greed leading to unending betrayal. God bless u HzRF .

Politics / Re: Why Was Anioma Not Part Of Biafra? by UfuosLaLa: 10:39pm On May 12, 2015
NaijirianKing:
It was too difficult to defend - it is open to Nigeria on all but one side, the part of the Igbo land that you have to cross the Niger River was better suited to create a new country.

Eventually Ojukwu was going to have all Igbo speaking parts of Nigeria annexed into Biafra through a peace treaty with Nigeria.

Why did murtala Mohammed murder all Anioma people even when the area was not geographically part of Biafra?
I'm looking for answers to a question and here you are bombarding me with another question. I think u know the answer to ur question. Well to the best of my knowledge, 'all Anioma people' were not murdered but about 500 men were murdered by Murtala Muhammed at Asaba. The federal forces gave 'co-operation with their Biafra cousins' in the Biafran advance into the Midwest as reason for their actions- Something i totally condemn.

Politics / Why Was Anioma Not Part Of Biafra? by UfuosLaLa: 8:26pm On May 11, 2015
Good evening Nairalanders. I'm new here and i hope I'm posting in the right section. I found out that a handful of the soldiers(e.g Nzeogu, Ifeajuna etc) associated with the so-called 'Igbo coup' of 1966 and the subsequent Biafra struggle were from Present day Delta State(then Mid-West region). Also some popular Igbo figures like Osadebe are from Present day Delta state. Now comes the question- Why was that Igbo part of present Delta State(Delta North) not included in the Map of Biafra? Please o, it's for knowledge sake, I'm not a tribalist abeg.

Wow! This na serious Mata o. But i hope the Ijaws, Efik/Ibibio and others within the proposed Biafra are adequately carried along? If you want to succeed as a sovereign Nation u must avoid the misdeeds that have been characteristic of Nigeria since inception. Goodluck to Biafra.
