Hello house, Mr wise and everyone that's been to UK, I have a question please, do you think £600 will be enough for me in UK for a one week stay including hotel, No Shopping, I only want to go to Manchester for Old Trafford tour and wish to visit London for two days only

@justwise, Thanks sir, you'll be hearing from me with questions from time to time, I'm applying my visa in three months time, I'm learning from this thread, reading it from page 1, now I'm on 160th page and at the same time building my personal Saving account, thanks, I hope you won't be fed up with my questions.

@justwise, please sir, that seperate letter you advice people to attach in their general visitor visa application, it should be typed or hand written is okay? Thanks

Good day Justwise and other house gurus, please for how many months/days an introduction letter is valid for? Like an introduction letter from some institution to the British high commission.

When I hear people say "Business Registration Documents" I get confused, is it not only one Document? The CAC certificate, is there any document apart from it?

Thanks for the reply, i have 700k in my account, want to deposit 150k to make it 850k balance so that if I say I'll spend 400k in my 7 days trip the ECO won't question me spending all my saving, I'll have like 450k balance afterr my trip.

Lexusgs430 waiting for your reply on this, Thanks.

Lexusgs430:

The end balance of your account pre-deposit would determine.
If you have 21million in your account prior, it would not look like cash lodgement, but if you are hoping that the deposit should form part of your financial balance, with no cash trail, it would look as described.

Hello everyone, if I deposit 150k into my personal saving 2 weeks before I submit my application, will that be regarded as money lodgement?

Hi guys,
I been following this forum for awhile but didn't know how to post a comment but found out today so yipiiis!
Anywaz I applied for UK tourist via with my mom(mom is d sponsor) on the 6th of dis month n we both got an email from teleperformance on the 16th that : UK Visas & Immigration has now assessed your UK visa application and made a decision. Your documents and the decision will be sent back to the either the UK Visa Application Centre where you applied, where we will contact you by email over the next few days to collect them, or if you are using the courier return service, will be sent directly back to the address you provided.

And we got another like 15 minutes later that: Your passport and any returned supporting documentation have now arrived back at the Teleperformance UK Visa Application Centre.

Am really scared cos of comments on such mails.

Plzzzz if there is any1 that has gotten their visa after such mails plz lemme know. Thanks

Goodluck! Hope it's granted

You knew that I have a "harsh approach" and yet you chose to ask me...?
Well, I don't have a "harsh approach" to those who ask reasonable questions, yet, i don't appreciate those who take undue advantage of the forum and abuse the generousity of the contributors by asking things that they either know the answer to, or the things that have been answered over and over and over again.

No matter how silly a question is or a question has been answered in here justwise will never be rude in his response or approach someone harshly, it's not everyone that have the capacity to start reading this thread from page 1 to page 282, and I'm sorry I'll never direct my question to you and if you think my question is silly don't bother responding to my post, just scroll down and pass, PEACE.

Sure, the system will change for you as an S.A.H., that is Special Applicant of Honour

I smell Sarcasm here, I can sense it, it was an easy question, this kind of rules changes from time to time, anyway, I'm not the only one in here complaining about your harsh approach. Thanks Sir.
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 2 by ulale: 9:33pm On Feb 17, 2015
Vicjustice said earlier in this thread that a business or Company must be registered for over a year before one can apply for visit visa with it, I hope the system changes because by the time I'll apply for my visit visa my company/business registration is 6-7 months Old, but was running the business for over 3 years.

By law are you expected to pay tax for a business running less than a year? If yes then do that else get an account to evaluate your business and attach the document to your visa application.

Justwise, hope you won't get fed up if I sayi didn't understand your explanation but I didn't, tax is paid annually for business owners, my business is running for over 3 years but is registered in last January., na to pay tax arrears for 3 years and get the tax clearance be that or just pretend in my visa application that my business started running as of the date it shows in CAC certificate which is 25 January 2015. I'm confuse mehn! Need your help, and if I put the tax clearance of 3 years back and my cac certificate shows that my business is registered in 25 January 2015 wouldn't that arise suspicion

Yes Mr Wise, I have a personal saving where I save part of my profit but not all of it because sometimes I reinvest my profit in to my business to strengthen it but like I said earlier I use to deposit 200k every month into my personal saving.

Justwise, please don't forget to reply to my post above, thanks. Waiting

1) Though, it may be valuable, but it is not a requirement especially when the bank statement is comprehensive on its own.
2) It would be near impossible to get a visa (as a business owner) using your business documents without tax certificate because, in the absence of such, the Visa Officer will not be able to evaluate your business and to decide whether or not it satisfied the requirements.

Thanks Vicjustice for the respond, what do you suggest now? I should wait until I start paying tax? Or I should pay tax arrears and obtain the Tax Certificate? Pls I need an advice, thanks

Hello house, hope you're all fine and enjoying your valentines day, I have two questions that I hope justwise or vicjustice will respond to me

1) is Bank reference letter that important to put in a Tourist visa application?

2) my business is registered in less than a year ago, I'm yet to start paying tax, hence I don't have a tax clearance certificate but I have a tax identification number certificate, would the absence of TAC be a problem? Thank you, have a nice day all.

No, it is not supposed to be a bad thing to ask a question, but it is bad to think that you are the only one who is asking for the list of documents and therefore expecting it to be listed for you only.
Sure, i read the "message" and i was disappointed that you did not understand that if i get a penny each time a person asks for the list of documents, i would be a billionaire by now, and every page in this forum would be with the document lists.

This man, if you're not willing to help people or you find their question silly or weird just scroll down, pass on, no need to bother wasting your precious times replying them angrily, it's a simple world we are living in.

Oh, how I detest this very question.
Why not let him enjoy his moment instead of bothering him to write down the list of the documents that have been enlisted over and over and over again?
This is a lazy person's question, someone who want others to do the hard works for them.

He was helped with advice by someone here what's the harm In it if he/she help others, I thought the main objective of this forum is to help each other... Don't be like this please.

Pls....to the Gurus, pls how else can I( self employed) proof more of my cash slip and invoice/receipt, when most of the money are paid into the bank at once after sales at d intervals of one week or days.

According to the refusal statement above, it seems the ECO want every receipt or transactions to point an arrow to every payment in the bank.....how on earth can that be possible......
This application process nah real WAEC.

Pls Vic & just kindly shed more light on how to go about this proof (thing).

For how long have you been saving those 7000+ pounds? Did u make a large sum of deposit (Money lodgement) into your account prior to application?
